“Ergox were clear about when their product would arrive and it arrived on time. Also, the person my partner called for help with a specific question near the end of assembling the table was lovely and very clear about what should work - and it did. My problem with the company is the lack of any practical face -to -face customer support. When I explained that we were overwhelmed by the complex instructions about how to assemble their product and asked how much it would cost to have someone do it for us, we were told they 'didn't do that'. Considering we had the offer of a handyman from another source who (after a long day at work) looked at the instructions and told us he didn't expect the table to be so complicated to assemble, it wasn't just our opinion. And the major components of the beautiful table we'd bought were incredibly heavy. To us it seemed that the fact they didn't provide anyone from their company, or people who they could contract work through, was a significant issue.”

“Works great. Handles my 34in ultrawide monitor easily. Cable management at the base is a bit flimsy though, 5 stars if plastic is thickened a bit. Mine arrived broken but they sent a replacement immediately”

“All really solid, I like that the joints and pivot points are all pre-greased so they glide really smooth. My only qualm is that the desk mount is black, both sections of the arms are black, the monitor mount is black, and the screws and washers to attach the monitor mounts are silver. This wouldn't matter if the desk was backing on to the wall, but mine is open so the silver screws and washers stand out a bit gawky. Going to try find some black ones with the same thread I think.”

“It does hold well on the highest point and saves space for me on a small desk leans against the wall. All the joints work smoothly. I take one star off for the fact that the screen is not in a perfect horizon level, it includes a little bit towards the left. The plastic connector on top of the vesa mount which connects to the arm is not firmly secured, there’s is a little bit of gap/space that the screen can still move with its own weight, and that tiny bit of movement will cause the angel I mentioned before. It’s not a big issue and I’m slowing getting used to it. But I just mention it here and hope this can be improved in future designs.”

“Very efficient website to navigate and the purchased product is excellent. Instructions provided were clear and all tools, bolts etc were organised. This made it easy to assemble the product. When you choose express postage, it definitely arrives quickly. Although, it is very pricey. Overall, would order again.”

“Good product, was happy with how it helps with narrow desks. I could have the arms sit almost flush with the edge of the benchtop.”

“The arm itself is amazing and the strength and movement are perfect. But the process of applying the brackets to the monitors was a long process. The vesa mounts from the arms barely fit both my monitors and was only out by a couple of millimetres which was frustrating.”

“We purchased two single monitor stands. They arrived on time and were well packed. Once unpacked we were impressed with the quality of the build. Installation, as per the enclosed instructions, was simple and straight forward. They provide a good range of movement and have freed up quite a bit of desk space as we previously had our monitors placed on a couple of reams of A4 copy paper.”

“Very solid monitor arm(s). Works and looks very good for the price. Only problem is that the arm can not go below a certain point before dropping and not staying in position with my 27 inch monitor.”
