“Very happy with this heavy-duty monitor arm. I had another brand before which failed and snapped. This arm was far easier to install and adjusting stiffness was a far superior mechanism. Highly reccommend this product”

“Mount arm is very solid. The tricky thing is the neck was super tight so don't even bother thinking about tilting the monitor up and down... even hurt my finger trying to unscrew the bolt but in vain. They sent me another neck. Appreciate the service, but again, I'm not able to use the new neck just yet because there was no spare screw or nut coming with it....I could've used the screw on the original neck and I was actually able to take the screw out. The thing is the nut that mounts to the screw was like welded to the bottom of the old neck...impossible to take it out. So had to put everything back in one piece and now using the old neck again. Will have to hit Bunnings to get a nut of the right size for the screw, hopefully they have it. Quite disappointed and took me quite some time but still decided to give the business a 5* review. At least they came out of their way to support me..”

“I didn't realise that heavy-duty monitor arms were hard to come by at such reasonable prices as Ergox. However, looking for an arm that can hold my Samsung 49inch monitor proved to almost break the bank, and theres a lot of uncertainty sometimes whether websites that claim their arms can hold the monitors as big as 49inch curved really can at cheaper prices. But after having Ergox for a week, i haven't noticed any lack of quality. My monitor arm works perfectly, fits the VESA mount for the monitor, and holds the screen perfectly hovering above the desk. I did need to adjust the tension of the arms to get the screen to stay up, but after that it hasn't moved. Very happy with the price and quality.”

“This monitor arm is perfect for my 42" LG C2. The gas settings did have to be tightened counterclockwise a couple of times, but after a few adjustments the hold is firm and the screen is perfectly flat. The quick disconnect feature makes installation easy. I also sourced a TV bracket to convert the LG to a VESA mount.”

“Lightening delivery from Victoria to QLD, sit-stand desk, monitor arms and cable tray all easy to assemble/fit, great price for heavy, quality products! Hoping the pneumatic sit stand desk eases to put down as a fair bit of pressure required to drop it. All in all very happy with an office set up for the $500-$600 mark....definitely recommend!”
