“The project itself is excellent and really sturdy. Easy to assemble and make adjustments to suit your needs including three weight if your monitor. It also looks great. My only issue is that it cost me $140. Which, while I thought it was reasonable at the time I have since seen the name model selling for less. A quick google of the SKU identifier will show plenty of retail selling at around the $125 mark. I got the impression that Ergox were the manufactures of the monitor stands, putting them in the position to 'name their price'. If I had my time again I would have bought the same product from a retailer interested in being more oeuvre competitive. To those reading this review I'd recommend you do the same and same some money!”

“OK quality at the price, but a few glaring issues prevent me reccomending this. Slightly misleading marketing. Recommended screen sizer is height, NOT diagonal (as every other screen measurement in the history of mankind is). One word to clarify would save trouble. Especially as competitors use diagonal recommended measurements. No refund or exchange policy for an easily repackage-able product, nor the ability to purchase different parts. Instructions are unnecessarily hard to decipher, build is a three-step long process, but the first 'step' is 6 steps with 3 different configurations without a single word or picture explaining wtf is going on. Almost certain I would have built it faster if there were no instructions at all. Lastly they gave my name to a 3rd party review site without my consent.”

“Good afternoon Two days ago I took receipt of the above order and was very happy with the quick delivery of my order. However, when I tried to open the workstation to a usable position I found I could not understand the 3 steps to do so. Yes, only 3 steps and I was baffled at step 2!! I decided to wait until my sister arrived today to see if she could see what I was not seeing but no she could not see either! So we went over the whole workstation trying to work it out and we eventually did, but more by mistake than actually solving the issue. We worked out how to open up the stand by it flying open and very soundly and cruelly landing right on my sister’s foot (unfortunately the foot she has had an operation on!) There was no instruction anywhere or any indication to be alert for the chance that this might occur and I feel that was very remiss of you. The force with which the workstation opened could have caused severe harm to someone and I thought you should be made aware of that. My sister still isn’t speaking to me! Sincerely”

“Good product, does what it says it will. Cable management could be a little better but I would recommend it for large monitor. I have an AW3821DW and S3222DGM which it handles with ease although I couldn't get the VESA bracket to fit the 32 so had to screw it on in place, more of a monitor issue though I feel.”

“the nuts to tighten the screws did not work well, because they got stuck and did not allow me to tighten the base of my monitor well. in order to fix the problem I had to use a lot of washers.”

“Purchased a single monitor mount to be delivered. It was easy to navigate to the products I needed and convenient payment options. The delivery was within the allocated time and everything was included as stated on the website. The product is great, absolutely love it. It's exactly what I hoped for and it's of good craftsmanship, a very durable and sturdy product.”
