Very poor, trying to get a refund, but no one will answer the phone...

I returned a fancy dress wig as the quality was poor and it looked nothing like the photo. I sent it back by recorded delivery and Escapade received it 21st Oct. I am still waiting a refund

mask was nothing like the picture provided. Have tried contacting company for refund as could not wear the product. According to the site, they have apparently closed down. Have emailed the point of contact for a response, but have not recieved any response. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Absolutely appalling! Goods came quick, however order was wrong! Sent email after email with no response! Rang more times than I can remember, start off in a queue, then you get to number 1, and just constantly rings with no answer, ringing for 1 hour and 5 minutes on 1 occasion!! Escapade owe me money and an outfit! Under no circumstances use this appalling company!!

My outfit was delivered with a stain on the arm I had no choice but to wear it as I couldn't order another in time and I cannot get through to customer services or the returns department as they are apparently closed during operating hours absolutely shocking!!

Attempted to return my costume as it was too small. Have been informed by my courier they have closed down and going out of business. No answer on the phone nor email.

The mask received was nothing like in the picture on the website, I returned the item for a refund but never got my money back, tried contacting them but got no response, all in all a pretty poor experience.

ordered 2 costumes and a tattoo , parcel arrived promptly but no tattoo. the costumes were very poor and nothing like shown in pictures so returned for refund. 2 weeks later and still no refund and unable to contact them. Avoid !!!!

I didht receive my costum. You sister must to not going try when all address is not directly added. Make a note for the next time and return my money. Thank you. How can you restore my money ?

I brought a Cop costume, it’s incredibly see through and thin. It came with a really awful smell and didn’t include the hat. It’s over priced for what you’re getting.

Sorry but the children’s Halloween doctor costume was a complete waste of money. It was my boys birthday too and we had a big party, it was ruined by this costume not working. The heart didn’t even pump and the tube was all blocked that water wouldn’t even pump round it never mind fake blood! Total waste of money

Rubbish , paid a lot for delivery to ensure my costume arrived Tuesday before Halloween but it still hasn’t arrived have tried to contact to ask for money back but either on hold forever or if I do get through it just rings also email they give for contact doesn’t work, will be contacting PayPal as luckily I paid through them to look into matter further , really disappointed

I have never received the order. Royal Mail says delivered, I tried contacting them and couldn't get hold of them even after waiting in line for 20 mins.

Very Disappointed. Purchased an outfit on a Friday which was suppose to come on the Tuesday. tracking number invalid, gave benefit of the doubt still no delivery the following Friday. Rung escapade who said royal mail have it, spoke with royal mail who informed me that escapade have issued me an invalid pre paid tracking number but the item was never sent. Didn't even receive a phone call or email to inform me of problems at escapades end. Will never use again and do not recommend.

Very disappointed with Graveyard Bride Costume, too long for me and very gathered around the waist. Would like to return it but cannot get in touch with Escapade, they put you on hold and do not answer the phone. I have tried several times to obtain information in order to return the costume but with no cusses. Very fast rating

About half of what was pictured was in the package, the description said what is in but too late for me. The quality is a joke but I guess I didn't expect any better. And finally, when I realised I would have to buy half the costume separately I contacted their customer service line for a refund which clearly said they were open but absolutely no answer! Got fed up so wrote the money off. Won't use again
