I am not happy with this company at all. The order for the product was made on Friday morning. I paid extra for a Monday delivery, and the product arrived on Tuesday, which as too late. Incredibly poor service when I complained. Will not use again.

Arrived 21/10/19 The inside was filthy stains where I would have to put my mouth, red stains on the arm and the zip was broken! Disgusting sent it back for a refund you’re better off going to the store in Camden as they do not allow people to try morph suits on For hygiene purposes so they’re guaranteed to be clean.

Very poor quality of items. And not good instructions on how to wear item. Price way too expensive for this poor item. Stay away plz or you will be very disappointed like myself

Ordered the costume about 7 or 8 days before my wife's party. The party was in Saturday just gone but I've still not had the costume so I had to go to a different shop with two kids in tow to buy a different costume.

A completely wrong order arrived. I will be returning the goods for a full refund and will not be using the company again. An error that is very basic but obviously the company doesn’t not have the correct checks and balances. I would award 0 stars if possible.

It arrived late. Still haven't open the bag it is still seal has it wasn't wanted again. Hoping I can refund it and get my money back also postage given to return it.

Product quality appalling, it must have cost all of 50p to make. Appreciate it will only be worn for one night (Xmas party) however it looks cheap, nasty, and already the bandana wig thing (that was also ordered as an extra) is falling apart and it's 3 days before the party.

I star is too many. The costume arrived after the events it was bought for. Recommend Amazon instead.

Not a great customer experience; in fact, one of the poorest I’ve had online for a while. One of the costumes arrived damaged, had to return it (Royal Mail tracked) at own expense, then when encountered delays in replacement I was told they hadn’t received the damaged package. Subsequent checking with Royal Mail showed that this had been received and signed for by Escapade. Eventually received a replacement after calls back and forward.

Made a purchase on the 19th of October its now the 27th of October and still don't have my iteam, Tried to call and I was number 32 in the queue, waited 20 mins on the phone then the line just went dead! Im very busy at work and dont have time to stay on hold for ages so called royal mail who were less than usless....Very disappointed and will expect a full refund if it every arrives!!

If there was an option for 0 I would have clicked it. Terrible customer service was actually given cheek after I had phoned the store about my missing order being sent to another address as the company wrote a different postcode as to what I had given. Will 100% not be purchasing again and will make sure none of my family/friends do either.

Too big an was xs and cant get hold of anyone to return it! No invoice in parcel an they dont answer phone

Ordering was easy, but parcel was delivered to a chap a few doors down. He said be never received it, so even though I had a rush order in, and paid extra, I never actually received the item I ordered. Asked for a refund and had a rude response, which I was basically told I’d have to send the parcel back to get a refund. Needless to say, this could have gone better. :-(
