“I book with Escapes every year for a few reasons. First, their website is by far the easiest to navigate, it works well on a Windows computer, but most importantly it works very well on my iPad. Secondly, the few times I've called a representative at Escapes they are quick to answer the phone, they are very friendly, and they are always helpful. We have booked many vacations through Escapes, likely over 10 and never had a problem. Highly recommended.”

“agents were very easy to contact with any questions and quick to respond. everything was pretty good but im not a fan of the procedure for checking into upcoming trips and what not, they also dont notify about seat selection for your trip or room selection options so if you dont find them on your own your family could all end up sitting in random places. Our hotel transfer was arranged through nexus but we werent notified that we needed to check in with them before our arrival. we found the room selection too late but at the resort there were 2 options when we got there and they werent right full so we were able to pick the bed layout that worked for us. overall everything went well just a couple of small things that would have made things easier or a little better.”
