“I ordered a filter for the kettle. When it came it was the wrong one despite the website saying it would fit. I emailed the company and they were great. They explained the part was no longer available and they would issue a full refund which they did. Very pleased with the way they handled the issue.”

“Did a Google search for best price and eSpares came up first! Ordered item, received email receipt but the delivery date shown was whilst we were on holiday! So I decided to cancel as it stated that it could take 48hours to reply and it was a weekend. Every time I emailed my reply which was to the person who sent me the email I received a reply back from someone else!!! I felt that this was really annoying as there was an Enquiry Ticket No on every different email which I quoted and was hoping previous emails could be tracked? The item did actually arrive before we went on holiday which I was grateful for and I was kept uptodate with the tracking information as well. So, apart from the confusing communication side I would definitely recommend for price and delivery.”

“If you can find the part yourself on their website then they are a good company to go to. If you have to use their customer services it’s painful. The advisors ask you a question, then when you respond they ignore you. You can’t send attachments with photos of what you’re after either, which isn’t helpful. An altogether unrewarding experience.”

“Ordered washing machine/dishwasher cleaning product. Straight away order despatch confirmed. This followed by email from Royal Mail advising date and time of delivery. Have used the product for years, mist effective and easy to use instructions supplied. I do live in a very hard water area. Great value purchasing the two pack offer.”
