Ordered a few spare parts for a couple of vacuum cleaners. Delivery was timely and all parts fitted as described on their website. I would not hesitate to use them again.

They're scamming me with some crazy tale of how the delivery may be lost - they don't seem to track their deliveries 'allegedly' and aren't even an Irish company, they aren't even clear if they dispatched using post or a courier and it took 2 days for them to respond. Now they say wait three weeks. Buyers beware, dodgy out.

Oven element went belly up! Common sense told me a new one would be needed but how could l being a Pensioner get fixed during this lock down? First look at the repair Video see how it was simply explained and then order the replacement part just make sure you identify the correct one needed. Goods soon arrived so refresh myself with the Video instructions and soon sorted all back to normal and cooking just right..Thank you espares.. Peter Kelly

Absolutely disgusting customer service from these guys. 2 different 'advisers' both as useless as each other. Apparently my spares return was never received even through i got confirmation of delivery. And as they 'never' received the rubbish spares that broke, they cannot refund or replace them. Rude advisers and when i asked for the transcript after the chat, they conveniently don't work. Avoid these scammers at all costs!!! Poor quality overpriced products, disgusting customer service and a useless system.

Espares was generally my go to place for all things requiring domestic repair parts. Well not any more. I had placed an order back in June 2019 for 2 integrated washing machine hinges at a whopping £23.99 each! Stock number ES1540535 refers. They arrived without any screws! Contacted espares & had to pay a further £19.51 for the 4 screws which included £6.99 for next day delivery! The following day they when they did not arrive I had to contact them again only to be told they were out of stock. When asked why they had not bothered to let me know as they had all my details the guy in 'Customer services' (Ha that's a joke) stated "Yeah we don't do that!" They immediately refunded me the £6.99 delivery fee but I had to chase & chase these items with emails & was constantly fobbed off time & time again. 3 days ago I phoned & asked to speak to a manager. Surprisingly there were none available. Coincidently I was told the items had just arrived in the warehouse. Regardless I insisted that a manager return my call. I am still waiting! The screws have now arrived exactly 4 months from the date of ordering!! This is what this company considers to be good customer service. Will be using UK White Goods from now on. Do yourselves a favour & avoid this 3rd rate outfit. ordered a part, they debited my account and I still haven't received it yet after 3 weeks. I have been in touch with them by email. They replied with an automatic email saying they will reply within 72 hours! They did reply after 24 hours, but just to say that they were sorry and would have my part delivered within 5-7 days. Today is the 7th day and I have not received it yet.

Got the item I required though I feel I paid more than the price that was listed on the web site and as there is no means of transferring this to your chat agent it makes things awkward, nonetheless needs must.

I ordered a spare part at the end of August and the payment of £43.98 was taken. i was not advised at the time, however, on my email confirmation it stated that the part of my order was out of stock ( I only ordered one item?) but the estimated dispatch date was 11/9/19, 2 weeks later! Two minutes later I received another email telling me again it was out of stock! The delay was not ideal and i would have liked the option wether to go ahead with the order or go elsewhere before i actually paid. Having not heard a thing since, no updates, nothing!! ( MAYBE AN UPDATE WOULD HAVE BEEN COURTEOUS AT THE LEAST), I called today 9/10/19, my first call was cut off before i even talked to anyone, when i did get through, they came up with a new estimated date at the end of OCTOBER!!!!!! 3 MONTHS since they took my payment!!!! I was not even offered a refund at this stage, it was assumed that i was going to just accept this VERY BAD SERVICE. Needless to say I won't be waiting any longer, I asked for a refund and was told you can "REQUEST IT" but i will have to pass it over to the team dealing with that and the refund might take upto 5 days!!!!!! ( YOU REALLY DO NEED TO UP YOUR GAME!) Do yourself a favour if you use this company make sure they actually have the goods you want to buy before you part with your cash!!!!!! That was my experience make up your own mind!!

My latest order was posted on time by Espares but did not arrive to me even 2 weeks after ETA .I contacted Espares who classed my delivery LIT & replaced it,. Thankyou.

Item ordered early August and at the time showing as in stock. Order confirmation then confirmed delivery expected September (5 weeks) but this was subject to change. Even though the website was showing 3-4 weeks delivery. Checked for update on 5/9/19 and they confirmed delivery expected for 6/9/29. Item did not arrive checked again and was then told delivery 13/12/19, over 4 months from order, even this was subject to change. I then order from another suplier and item arrived the next day on standard delivery! Order now canceled and full refund received. Be warned delivery dstes form espares mean nothing.

Ordered some parts for a Dyson DC25. Delivery was within a few days which I found acceptable as I could have paid extra for a quicker one. Customer service was excellent as I had to contact them about the "compatible" post-motor filter I had ordered that didn't fit properly and therefore wasn't really compatible. Espares not only refunded me the cost of the part, they also refunded me the value of the delivery so that I didn't have to incur the cost again when I ordered the genuine Dyson part to replace the "compatible" one. All parts have now been fitted and are working great, giving the Dyson a new lease of life!

Whilst they do provide dyson spares they also have misleading information on their site and a dubious retuns policy. I have found dealing with thier customer services very frustrating and thier total lack of understanding or common sense in dealing with a situation that was generally the fault of the company and not the customer. Totally inflexible and only interested in ensuring they get thier money. Not the sort of company I would deal with in the future.

Have an old Kracher K4.99M that required a replacement Gun and Lance. Went onto Espares site and located both. Before ordering rang Birmingham, talked to Mohammed who confirmed Compatibility. Placed the order and they arrived within a few days. Took a few minutes to fit. Happy Days. New pressure washer. Top class service.

I ordered parts based on the order numbers supplied by Espares. Took a while to come. In the meantime I got a local engineer to come and fix my dishwasher. When the hoses arrived I put them away as backup for the future. I needed them now, opened the box to find wrongs ones sent out. Company refused to change them due to 14 day return policy. Don't rely on their uninformed staff to supply you with part numbers.

I ordered a fridge seal which I was told was out of stock, so phoned to cancel. An hour later was emailed and told the item was being posted and could not be cancelled???!!! I would have to return it when it arrived if I didn´t want it. Then I called and complained and was told not to collect it and just let it be returned to sender and I would get a refund! Four months later I still have no refund!!! I would never use this company again! Try partmaster very good customer services and cheaper!!!! Oliver miller - Unbeatable.co.uk
