“I (housewife) ordered two things, following the video explanation of how to replace the door lock mechanism. The more important washing machine repair item arrived promptly.With the other I was told after checkout and payment(!) that it is not in stock for another 6 weeks .So I'm awaiting the completion of this order.( That lost you a star) Without the video, I would not have tackled this repair as confidently. Live chat confirmed the compatibility with my model. Prompt and polite.”

“I ordered a power pack for a Dyson vacuum cleaner. The price was quite reasonable. I had confirmation that the part was in store and it arrived within 24 hours. The staff were most helpful (I'm OLD!) and I would recommend them any time. Thanks e-spares. Peter Phillips”

“Images of product were brilliant and enabled me to order wit h confidence. Delivery was fast and efficient and i was kept informed from order to delivery . Part was as described and was fitted and tested in half an hour of delivery . Very pleased with everything fom e spares and would order again and would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family which i already have .”

“I had been waiting maybe two months for a item that cost under 10 pounds but it was worth the wait and fortunately eSpares was empathetic, patient and reassuring enough to reassure me there item was out of stock but would be sent as soon as it was available to send. I didn’t get any compensation, but it’s COVID season and these things I guess are understandable. However I’m grateful I got it ... and it works! It was an AV cable for my Samsung s1065 ... oldschool”

“I needed a new Bosch serie 4 dishwasher drain pump. Espares website was clear and useful for identifying the pump from the serial number of the machine. It arrived within 24 hours, the next afternoon. Good service all round. The only reason it did not get 5 stars was the price. At almost £40 including postage it felt a little high. A local tradesman thought he could get one, albeit slower, for around £20. Maybe that was trade price.”

“Had to wait a while for my cooker seal due to it having to be ordered before Xmas. When it arrived it looked too small against the original I had a live chat and was told to soak and stretch the seal. My husband did this and it fitted, much to my suprise. Very helpful Company would recommend.”

“I have mixed experience with eSpares. I needed a glass bowl for my Murphy Richards chopper. This was brilliant and arrived in good time. I needed a replacement piece of glass for my cooker hood. The previous one shattered by a hot bulb. Although the site told me what I had ordered would fit my Hygena hood, it didn’t and was a cheap piece of plastic. Totally overpriced! I’ve used it and just wedged it in the hood. I needed a replacement handle for the freezer compartment on my Lec undercounter fridge. Took a few days to come but was great. Had no idea how to fit it so went into a shop to see how it was fitted. Took about 2 seconds once I knew how!”

“I object to obsolescence and so am pleased to be able to buy spares for my various appliances from e-Spares. The website is relatively easy to use and includes a "Check if it fits your Machine" facility which helps select the correct part from many similar ones. I have purchased a few items from e-Spares and all have arrived promptly and fitted as promised. What more can you say?”

“Unable to get a Dyson (hoover) motor due to the age of machine, but was advised to try the after market replacement, on the basis it has been recommended by many other people. Got the motor, next day, perfect fit, life in the the old hoover....”
