Found my parts and ordered them they arrive one correct one wrong. So like other customers say, I called up and gave them my oven details they apologised for the error and said they would send out correct part for free. So we thought great. We get the same part again wrong. End result they only sell some parts and get things wrong. Now got to send them back. Lets not forget the 7p per minute to call and being on hold for 22 minutes. Just can't recommend, just to many mistakes.

Web site very useful, plus how-to videos. Ordered a washing machine pump which was in stock and paid the additional charge for next-day delivery. No sign of it after a couple of days, so rang them. Apparently the whole batch was defective! These things happen, but absolutely no excuse not to keep your customer informed. Was told that a new batch had arrived the day before I called; just had to be checked and then it would be sent out. I rang again the following week - still not been checked. Bought from Argos Spares online and had it in my hands about 16 hours later! Called eSpares to cancel the order. Bear in mind this was 10 days after first ordering the part and, other than the auto-confirmation of order email, they didn't contact me once. I've been generous and given 2 stars, only because I have had good service from them previously.

Chose e spares as they assured next day delivery. This did not happen and consequently it was too late as we left for our holiday. Very disappointed as in the past have had good service.

To compete in todays markets with the likes of Amazon, espares needs to improve. Taking customers money and not shipping parts for 3-4days simply isnt the way to do business. No real time communication either.

Not impressed. Sent me a motor that I ordered and it arrived cracked in two places as it had been poorly wrapped, no protection. Sent the motor back on the 22nd March checked the tracking number and it was received at their depot on the 23rd March. Called today ( a week later) and they are saying that they can't locate the package.I have now had to email proof of postage before they will look into it for me. Also the item is no longer in stock. Terrible service!

I ordered a wave guide for my microwave. A part arrived and it was the wrong. I contacted espares and told them it was the wrong part. I even listed the part the sent and the part i actually ordered. I get an email back asking for the serial number and model of the microwave...why as i know the part i ordered was the right part? I sent back the model number but not the serial number as i was at work. They came back saying they could not identify my appliance. I again emailed back saying that made no difference if they could not ID my model, the part i ordered was the right one so not their problem. I have now been waiting a week and my microwave is still down. Why must the treat you like a moron - i know what i need and i care if their database does not list my model. I tried to ring the customer service line but it was engaged the whole day. I will never use this shower again. Bottom line is they are a complete joke and be prepared to be treated like a moron

I ordered parts based on the order numbers supplied by Espares. Took a while to come. In the meantime I got a local engineer to come and fix my dishwasher. When the hoses arrived I put them away as backup for the future. I needed them now, opened the box to find wrongs ones sent out. Company refused to change them due to 14 day return policy. Don't rely on their uninformed staff to supply you with part numbers.

I ordered a fridge seal which I was told was out of stock, so phoned to cancel. An hour later was emailed and told the item was being posted and could not be cancelled???!!! I would have to return it when it arrived if I didn´t want it. Then I called and complained and was told not to collect it and just let it be returned to sender and I would get a refund! Four months later I still have no refund!!! I would never use this company again! Try partmaster very good customer services and cheaper!!!! Oliver miller - Unbeatable.co.uk
