“Very prompt despatch of my item which was delivered by a very efficient delivery company on the stated day. I even got a phone call asking if I was in as the chap was 10mins away. I enquiried with Esprahome regarding a query over tracking number and the follow up response was quick . Good customer service makes or breaks a company. I went with Esprahome to purchase my item - after lots of research - as they are North East based .. I sure will use them again”

“The cabinet I bought for my tv is beautiful! Solid wood and came made up, only the hinges on the doors to adjust but no big deal. One thing I was not happy with was the delivery company. One man tried to lift the cabinet by himself out of the wagon and literally dropped it in the floor. Was lucky there was no damage. Also the delivery driver tried to get me to sign to say I was happy with the condition of the cabinet before they brought it in. Amateurs and rude!!!”
