Called up numerous times regarding my order and callum has got personal with the customer and put the phone down! Awful customer services!

I am having much difficulty getting ahold of this company, I have received no replies to emails and calls to them have not been answered. My product has not arrived and I have not had my money returned. Very poor communication so far I hope this changes soon

Unfortunately disbite staying home all day as delivery was not able to specify a time my order did not come as stated. So unable to comment on the purchase as its not arrived and the tracking is not working to say where my order is.!

I 've bought a shelve from Angel collection. Arrived damaged. Costumer services it's very poor they are just playing with me mot too refund. Then 've arranged a collection from the damaged item only after spending the all day at home no one came to collect. I 've called again and the "Manager" Femme said she will investigate. She only send me an email to say that we refused the collection and no further action will be taken. Pure Joke.. Will not recommend for anyone to buy from this website as if you have damaged item or poor quality item you will loose Your mo e.g. and your time.

I bought some furniture from Angel range for my daughter's bedroom. The quality is very poor. When you put in the screws, in pre-prepared holes, laminate, which meant to be "resistant to damage" just cracks and chips off! This furniture is far too expensive considering the bad quality. Instructions are not clear. Some parts were missing and though requested over 4 weeks ago, have not got them delivered yet. The bed was not in stock but meant to be delivered within two weeks. I paid for it in advance and got it after 5 weeks only because I reminded them to send it. Make sure you read delivery arrangements. I did not and I had a nasty surprise of having to carry all the items to my second floor flat. The boxes were around 30 kg each and the courier just dumped them carelessly by the main door of the block. I was promised to be contacted by them, but I never was. Will definitely not buy this again and will not use Esprahome either. Very disappointed.

I am still waiting for confirmation of my order that I paid for over week ago. Have contacted customer services twice and still no reply. No one answers phone number on site.

Orders turned up damaged. Took 7 weeks to get replacement panel. Then ordered another unit to match the set. That one turned up very damaged so refused to keep it. Was told I would be sent out replacement panels for the damaged ones but explained i had to wait 7 weeks for the previous damaged panel and wasn't prepared to do the same on this unit. They refused to send out a complete new unit so I told them I wanted to send it back to them. They charged me £25 to send it back. Avoid at all costs. After sales service is shocking. Will never deal with them again

I would never normally write a bad review but I ordered a wardrobe, it arrived with sections missing and other bits damaged. Trying to get a refund on the wardrobe has been an ongoing process of more than 6 weeks now. All rather frustrating since I still have nowhere to hang my clothes and no refunded money to purchase another one. Not the best experience thus far!

Had to put 1 cant get 0,did not get goods and waiting for weeks to get refund,banks onto it so are amazon next step court,would not touch them with a barge pole

Ordered furniture still waiting for it and it was ordered beginning of May, it’s now 25th,have rang and told delivery won’t be til 29/30..very dissatisfied.

Ordered a wardrobe, but only received half of it. Cannot actually get in contact with anyone to confirm when the rest will arrive. Why send half...who wants half of a wardrobe???

This was the worst piece of furniture I have ever ordered. Flimsy, thin and wobbly. And they sent the wrong thing.
