Rather than the promised 10-14 days it took 23 days with 3 separate days off work due to 2 promised deliveries not arriving (3rd time lucky). No information was available and I had to make lots of calls to find out what was happening. Although they were the cheapest supplier of what I ordered I am unlikely to use them again as they were just hard work and came across as very amateurish with the limited information they either had themselves and gave to me. Product was ok when it did arrive.

Communication was very poor. Did not receive any updates unless I sent an email asking what was happening. Was made to wait an excessive amount of time for my order to be dispatched. Recieved no contact from the courier to arrange delivery as I was informed I would be. As a result I had to rush home from work to ensure there was someone in to receive my order. Once delivered and unpacked I found the bed frame was damaged, was not constructed very well and parts we're missing. The Customer service also left alot to be disired.

I purchased a full set of bedroom furniture over 3 weeks ago, my money has been taken but I do not have my order. I have contacted Esprahome twice to enquire as to the whereabouts of my furniture and I still don't have an answer or a delivery date. I will not be using this company again. Communication is lacking, with such a large spend I would expect to kept informed of the progress or rather lack of it.

Be warned. Espra are great at selling but after sales is nonsense and totally unreliable. I should have received a bed today (Tuesday). Being heavily pregnant that's quite critical. It may or may not arrive on Saturday. Customer services asked 'so what can we do'?!! Completely dismissive, not their problem. Never ever order from them again. M

I have purchased an expensive marble table for our new home. I was told it would be delivered on 8th Nov... Waited in all day but no table arrived! Now I have found out from the delivery service that it is not in stock. I recently moved to a new house and wanted the table urgently. We have no table yet ( I have no dining table hereto eat from) and have not heard back from Espahome. I chose them as the delivery times were not as long as some other online stores. I feel badly let down, no communication, nothing to say the delivery would not arrive, I would not recommend.

Order No. WE 21377 We have no idea when the folding bed we ordered will be delivered, Have tried a number of times to reach you over the phone with no success. Please deliver the item on Monday, 17th October. Thank you. T Newell

You are asking for a review on an item I've only just ordered let alone received ! .....however I've emailed twice and left a message regarding delivery and I've not received a reply so I'm not too impressed right now. I'm sure the item purchased will be lovely when I get it !

Very poor experience. Ordered a garden furniture set and parasol etc on Tuesday, the status on their site said they had accepted my order and were getting it ready for delivery, and to check back for updates. By Friday the status was still unchanged, so I emailed them to check on a likely delivery date to make sure someone would be in for the courier. About an hour later I got a reply saying the set I'd ordered was out of stock and would I like a suggested alternative. I wonder how long it would have taken them to inform me that it was out of stock had I not contacted them? I replied straight away that the alternative wasn't acceptable and could they cancel my order and refund me. That's the last contact I've had, tried calling today but I guess they're off until Tuesday now. Ordered a BBQ from Argos and a rattan sun lounger from Quatropi at the same time on Tuesday and these two arrived Thursday morning, brilliant service with email and text updates on the progress of the orders and delivery. This outfit has taken my money (best part of £1,000) for stock they haven't got, and at the very least will have sat on it for a week.

Utter waste of time. Over a month after I had placed an order for a floor lamp that was 'in stock', I am finally given the information that the order (which had allegedly been despatched to me twice) was still on order in Germany, and would be a further two weeks. Have to say, that communication from Jason was first rate, despite wrongly advising of despatch twice. I note that the lamp is still listed as 'in stock' on their website - I suspect most items are only ordered from the supplier on purchase rather than kept in stock. I cancelled my order and requested a refund. They did not, however, process my refund until I asked again, 3 days later. All in all, they had my money for 5 weeks. Would not recommend using these guys AT ALL.
