Mattress we ordered was great however the delivery service from DPD was extremely poor. Driver ‘couldn’t find address’ for delivery on delivery day, called depot to have delivered to Sainsbury’s for us to collect but that wasn’t done either, was told on DPD app that they didn’t know where the parcel was the next day and that there was nothing they could do about it, then a phone call to depot to get them to find the parcel. They eventually found our parcel which we then went to collect ourselves. Sorry but we won’t be using Esprahome again if DPD are the courier.

Ordering interface very easy, but they never advised item was out of stock or even after ordering and taking money there was no communication, i had to ask them when it would receive delivery, from that moment it was a painful experience, zero communication, and at the end when i called on the date they said the item was going to be available they said the item would be delivered the following week, when in actual fact the item was out for delivery that day. Clearly showing that the cs agent was lying just to get me to go away, complete shambles

Though the initial delivery was prompt, the product arrived damaged. When I reported the problem, rather than replacing the bed, I was sent out the parts to undertake the repairs myself. It appears to be a case of " you've complained so here's the parts, fix it yourself".

Apart from accepting the order, no other communication without me first trying to get answers. No one answering phones on Monday. No answer to emails on Monday ?. Courier company used by Eprahome also very poor. Very poor. The goods purchased ie Richmond Pine 2 Door 2 Drawer Wardrobe. Utter rubbish.

I ordered a bookcase and a chest of drawers. On the Wednesday I received notice that the bookcase would be delivered the following day. At 7am on the Thursday I was provided with a delivery window. This text said ‘please contact the following nymber’ however no number was included. I immediately tried to phone the number provided in the text the previous day and rearrange. I was informed that there was nobody currently available to take my call and advised to leave my details and I would be called back. I did not receive a call back so I phoned again at 9am. I was on hold for a few minutes before it again advised me to leave my details for a call back. This happened a third time when I phoned at 9:30; there was no provision to allow me to remain on hold (although this may be due to the fact the number was not included within my unlimited minutes and cost a fee to call) and I did not leave my details on the second and third call. At no point did anyone phone me back. When I got home that day I found the item had been delivered to my neighbour; I was not pleased by this. On the Friday I got a text that I would receive delivery of my second item that day; on this occasion I had not received a warning the day before. Again the text did not provide a phone number. It provided a window of 7:52 to 9:52. I had to leave the house at 10:10 for an appointment that could not be rearranged. The item did not arrive within that window or before I had to leave. When I returned I found it had been delivered to the house on the opposite side of the road. I am very unhappy with the service I received, the fact I was unable to contact them and discuss the delivery, that I did not receive a call back and that the delivery did not arrive in the time I was informed. I will not be using this seller again and would not recommend it.

I ordered an item on 2 day delivery. After 8 days and several broken promises, it still hadn't been delivered. I gave up and was promised a full refund. It is now 10 days since I was promised a refund, but I am still waiting.

Order WEB22422 - Coffee table and TV Stand have multiple chips in it and the plastic covers for the screws don't stay in.

I will email directly but after I spent nearly 2 hours putting it together it has a slight defect in the top right corner which is slightly chipped. Also the delivery stated 1 day and have me a 3 hour delivery window which I stayed in for but no delivery

Ordered online on Sunday, order automatically confirmed. No more communication! I emailed Esprahome on Thursday to find out if the order had been dispatched yet (states 2days free delivery on website), only to be informed it was on its way and would be delivered in an hours time! Good job that I was in!!! Unit was easy to put together and looks just as in picture. Good quality. Pleased with the product.

Phone one evening to ask when my delivery would be and they informed me that it had not been dispatched yet and that I would be notified once it was dispatched. Next morning whilst at work I got phone call from delivery driver saying he would be at my house in 15 minutes. I had cycled to work and had to borrow work colleagues car as I was 8 miles from home. Mattress also arrived with several pulls covering surface of the fabric. Sent the company and email with photos but they did not offer anything in return. I expected to at least be offered a free return or a percentage discount.

We ordered a baroque chest of drawers was surpose to take 7 to 10 days for delivery but took 4wks as they lost the item twice also i had to contact them all the time to find out what was happening.

They didn't. Tey reneged on their promise to deliver next day. That was Thursday 8th June, 2017 and the weekend is not used for delivery so earliest Monday 12th June when I was told I'd have it on the 9th June. The reason I bought from them was immediate delivery so I could accommodate a surprise guest to my home. I took the trouble to telephone the company at 10.30am on the 8th June. to get an assurance of next day delivery on the item I was buying. Orders for next day delivery must be in by 11.00am the previous day. I'm not impressed. They effectively lied to me to secure a sale they would otherwise not have had. My suggestion to you is pass on by and try somewhere else that values customer service and the customers themselves.

Got a email to say item had been dispatched on the monday , rang Esprahome on Tuesday and it hadn't been dispatched , then told it was coming on Wednesday so took day off work and it never arrived , rang Esprahome again to be told it would come Friday morning and that they would ring me Thursday morning , no phone call so I had to ring Esprahome yet again to eventually to told it was out for delivery that afternoon... so had to take afternoon off work to be here to sign for it ...pleased with the product but not the service.

We have not received a email notification of when the item purchased will be delivered, so no review can be given. This is the 2nd email asking for a review and no delivery of purchase.

First I had to wait 5 weeks for delivery when it should have been 2. Table then arrived but is now damaged, I will now need to wait at least another two weeks for another table to be ordered and not sure when they will actually order one as they need to check my damaged table 1st. Apart from that they have been good with communication. But not happy that I will be out of pocket for two months for a table that I won't have.

The box it arrived in was badly damaged and the fixings for the headboard was missing, e-mailed company about this they were prompt in replying and stated they would send these on after three days still no show. Also no fire certificate supplied also requested this and was forwarded on to us when notified.
