“Late on delivery and only half of wardrobe been delivered. Still waiting for info on the rest of wardrobe. Unsatisfactory situation.”

“Utter waste of time. Over a month after I had placed an order for a floor lamp that was 'in stock', I am finally given the information that the order (which had allegedly been despatched to me twice) was still on order in Germany, and would be a further two weeks. Have to say, that communication from Jason was first rate, despite wrongly advising of despatch twice. I note that the lamp is still listed as 'in stock' on their website - I suspect most items are only ordered from the supplier on purchase rather than kept in stock. I cancelled my order and requested a refund. They did not, however, process my refund until I asked again, 3 days later. All in all, they had my money for 5 weeks. Would not recommend using these guys AT ALL.”

“Lovely cabinet, unfortunately there was damage to the top of it in 2 places. Clearly had been dropped on a floor.Couldn't find email address directly to complain so sent one added onto a response from my order including photos. This was done weeks ago and still no response..”

“Orders turned up damaged. Took 7 weeks to get replacement panel. Then ordered another unit to match the set. That one turned up very damaged so refused to keep it. Was told I would be sent out replacement panels for the damaged ones but explained i had to wait 7 weeks for the previous damaged panel and wasn't prepared to do the same on this unit. They refused to send out a complete new unit so I told them I wanted to send it back to them. They charged me £25 to send it back. Avoid at all costs. After sales service is shocking. Will never deal with them again”

“I would never normally write a bad review but I ordered a wardrobe, it arrived with sections missing and other bits damaged. Trying to get a refund on the wardrobe has been an ongoing process of more than 6 weeks now. All rather frustrating since I still have nowhere to hang my clothes and no refunded money to purchase another one. Not the best experience thus far!”

“Had to put 1 cant get 0,did not get goods and waiting for weeks to get refund,banks onto it so are amazon next step court,would not touch them with a barge pole”

“Unless you're a group of at least four qualified architects/cabinet makers then you will struggle to complete this wardrobe in under a day and a half. It really isn't worth the arguments with your husband/wife. Just pay the extra and get a solid wood one that's fully assembled and ready to slide into place.”

“Very pleased with the ease of purchase and the quick delivery. I was also pleased with the attention to the packing which was robust and cleverly arranged. The item is exactly as described and very easy to assemble . The build quality is good and I expect it to last as long as I need it to. Finally, the price was competitive and certainly the cheapest on line. All in all I am very glad I found this company and will certainly consider it first for any other purchases.”

“I recently bought an Ottoman bed through the website which was easy and delivered several days later which was great. The email tracking, so you knew the delivery day, was helpful. Whilst ordering, there was a box to leave your number so that you would be called with a delivery time, however after a quick phone call to see what time somebody needed to be home, we were told that they didn't in fact call at all, so there was about 5 hours of waiting around. The bed itself looks nice but isn't the best quality (the bottom of the bed which is used for storage is just a thin felt rather than a solid material which was a bit of a shock) but as the bed was intended for the spare room and not that expensive I wasn't too bothered. I didn't have a bad experience but I probably wouldn't use the website again.”
