“Disappointed of the quality. cams don't fit right, they are all loose. warped panels. and warped draw sides . not exactly cheap. wouldn't but again. delivery was quick.”

“Esprahome had the product that I wanted at a competitive price and they delivered on the day requested as arranged. However I did make a couple of phone calls to their office and was promised confirmation on the estimated time of delivery and the supply of tracking information, alas this never happened and the courier turned up half way through the afternoon. Hence my only criticism would be - poor communication and failed promises.”

“The furniture arrived on the day it was supposed to but only because I had to call and find out when it was being delivered. I was not kept informed about the delivery by email at any point and the delivery drivers did not call or text me on the day of delivery with my 2 hour window. It was just lucky my wife was home at the time they came.”

“It seems odd that I have been asked to write a review before actually having received my order, or even knowing when it will be delivered. I submitted the order on Wednesday evening and on Thursday evening received an e-mail notifying me it had been dispatched. So far so good. It is now Saturday evening however and I still don't know where my order is, or when I'm likely to receive it. If it arrives early next week and is in good condition I will be completely satisfied with the service, however being asked to comment now just seems ridiculous...”

“Lovely cabinet, unfortunately there was damage to the top of it in 2 places. Clearly had been dropped on a floor.Couldn't find email address directly to complain so sent one added onto a response from my order including photos. This was done weeks ago and still no response..”

“5 stars for the product but unfortunately the way it was packaged and delivered was totally unsatisfactory. Parts of the bed had burst out of the boxes. Luckily it wasn't damaged but the boxes clearly don't hold the weight of the bed. Had to check that all the parts were there before the delivery driver left which was just time consuming and unnecessary.”

“The bed is great value, sturdy and attractive. Very pleased. The delivery was very quick but we had no communication on the delivery date and came home from work to find it propped up against the front door. Therefore not happy about the delivery service.”

“delivery and order was very quick but product was a bit naff, self assembly chest of drawers 3 out of 4 self locking pins to hold side panels on broke through laminate face leaving cracks on panel face. Can supply pics if reqd.”

“Excellent next working day service and the bed is perfect. Fell down on customer service. The screw and Allen key was missing from packing for the head board. 16.30 pm no one to answer my call and no one has replied to my email. Still waiting”

“They haven’t. My product was out of stock, although this wasn’t stated on the website. I am now waiting for my product, which I needed quickly. I should of used a bigger, better heard of company. My mistake.”

“Good sales. A couple of days before confirmation of despatch and I called to confirm delivery time. Nothing arrived and so we are hoping it will be here after the weekend. Perhaps a better choice of courier might help.”

“Ordered a bed which came in a badly damaged box. One corner is chipped on the headboard but needed the bed urgently and the chip faces the wall. Thought the bed frame would be smaller according to the website but it is bigger.”

“Excellent product but not so good on customer service. The item stated that it would be delivered in two days. I let 2 weeks go past then tried to contact Esprahome. I tried the sales email address three times with no luck. I also tried the "DM" route, again with no reply. I then went to Facebook and tried there. After a few hours I was told to contact the Sales Email address. I tried to phone but the phone number I could find on the internet went unanswered. Not the best! Item came though and was fine in the end.”

“Beautiful product but terrible delivery service! I ordered the Aurora bed and sareer mattress. Both items are great. However, Esprahome uses UPs delivery service who do not contact you on day of delivery. I spent three days trying to get my order and ended up going to collect it myself. When I contacted Esprahome about this, they were quite dismissive. They really need to consider another courier as this lets them down.”

“I ordered five items and was pleased that they were all in stock and arrived within a couple of days. After assembling everything I had a couple of the fittings that hold on the drawer fronts missing. I rang and asked for some to be sent out to me but nearly a month later I'm still waiting, so only three stars.”

“I ORDERED A 3.5METRE PARASOL AS ADVERTISED ON YOUR WEB PAGE BUT WAS TOLD THAT IT WAS NO LONGER PRODUCED AND WOULD I ACCEPT A 3METRE ONE INSTEAD I AGREED. SURELY THERE SHOULD HAVE BEEN A PRICE REFUND FOR THE SMALLER PARESOL?”
