“Delivery and Customer Service were excellent. Esprahome have apologised for advertising the wrong wardrobe on their website (so I didn't get the wardrobe I wanted! I needed extra storage space in the wardrobe with drawers.) They kindly offered to replace the wardrobe if I would dismantle and return it. (It had to be assembled immediately, for guests.) However, the assembly took quite a while and the back panel has many, many tacks! I fear I am left with my basic model! Sigh!”

“I phoned on the day of purchase and was assured next day delivery on a fold away guest bed. I obviously had a guest to put up at short notice. I asked three times if they were absolutely sure they could deliver next day and I was totally promised they could. Guess what? Next day came and went and item was not delivered! That's what I call poor customer service and I was not impressed. Now the following day to the one when it should have been here but still no sign. They got the purchase because of the delivery promise next day but failed dismally to deliver!! Not a good start to my buyer portfolio with this company.”

“Lovely chairs, so lovely in fact I went to buy more but they'd gone up in price. After enquiring why they'd gone up there was no reason and I wasn't offered the chance to buy them at the original price as a repeat customer...a little disappointing. I've since found them cheaper elsewhere so shop around”

“Te bed is acceptable now, but we had to drill new holes in the metal for the headboard to fit. The wooden slats were rough and snagging the mattress so I had to lightly sand the slats.Fortunately, I was able to do these jobs but anyone who had not got the tools would be not very pleased. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Roger Darby.”

“Arrived at my mams flat to find the bed sat outside in a box despite being told I would be given ample notification of delivery!! Disappointing delivery”

“Speedy delivery but bed frame has some bubbling in the paint finish on the head head part of frame, did not notice until frame was up and packing destroyed so unable to return item.”

“Friendly competent advisor but delivery company they used were useless. They said they rang and did not get an answer and then said they would come another day and did not turn up so I cancelled the order.”

“I recently bought an Ottoman bed through the website which was easy and delivered several days later which was great. The email tracking, so you knew the delivery day, was helpful. Whilst ordering, there was a box to leave your number so that you would be called with a delivery time, however after a quick phone call to see what time somebody needed to be home, we were told that they didn't in fact call at all, so there was about 5 hours of waiting around. The bed itself looks nice but isn't the best quality (the bottom of the bed which is used for storage is just a thin felt rather than a solid material which was a bit of a shock) but as the bed was intended for the spare room and not that expensive I wasn't too bothered. I didn't have a bad experience but I probably wouldn't use the website again.”
