Late on delivery and only half of wardrobe been delivered. Still waiting for info on the rest of wardrobe. Unsatisfactory situation.

I was left with products that didnt match but was promised that they would. rude service when i asked for this to be put right. terrible experience ever

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, I BOUGHT 2 DISPLAY UNITS on 22 JAN, 1 WAS DAMAGED AND I AM STILL WAITING FOR THEM TO RESOLVE THIS MATTER I AM SEEKING LEGAL ADVICE

I checked about the tv unit before ordering and was told it’s in stock and will be delivered in 1-2 days. And after completing the order, only after chasing sales was told that it’s not in stock and will be available in 6 weeks !!!

Absolutely useless and disappointing. I was searching high and low for some furniture for my new home. I found it on this website and purchased it. The site said it was in stock. I got an email the following day saying there was going to be a 2-3 week delay in processing my order as there is no stock... Don't say you have stock if you don't. I now have to either wait 2-3 weeks for furniture I need now or wait 3-5 days for you to process my refund, then search for more furniture again and wait for that to be delivered... I will never use your site again and will advise others not too as well.

Unless you're a group of at least four qualified architects/cabinet makers then you will struggle to complete this wardrobe in under a day and a half. It really isn't worth the arguments with your husband/wife. Just pay the extra and get a solid wood one that's fully assembled and ready to slide into place.

Parts delivered were broken asked for replacement parts which were sent and were also broken. Delivered by DPD who obviously don’t care and items were not packed well to protect. Quality of item very poor. Was given a 10% refund but really should have been offered a full refund and the pieces returned But don’t think they were too interested to do that

It took 3 attempts at delivery. Finding out on the actual Delivery date that the bed won’t be arriving. No communication from customer services. Terrible service.

Why does Esprahome think I have my order? I have not received my order yet! I waited all day yesterday for it as it was suppose to have been dispatched Monday for next day delivery. I have emailed and been told i should have it tomorrow and will be notified of a 2hour slot.....as yet Ive heard nothing.

Ordered 2 tables reclaimed wood with scuffs etc , I explained both for same room but got one heavily marked and one solid with no markings at all The quality is very different to pictures on advert too with badly fitted parts , drawers with gaps so things fall out in general not well put together I have asked for a refund and provided pictures

Ordered a wardrobe advertised as white painted pine. Cheap flat mdf arrived at half 7 at night in a battered box. Tried for 3 weeks to get a refund with no success until trading standards got involved! Their number is premium so my phone bill is huge all because they miss sold me furniture then did nothing to resolve the issue until I contacted trading standards. The carrier service is appalling! They don't speak English, A month later and my money still isn't back into my account! Avoid!!!

Delivery late and no response from sales team when flagged after taking time off work. Once built the unit was faulty with broken draw parts.

Customer service perfectly good but quality of item is very poor. Screwing in the screws provided which you assume to be the correct size, causes the end to come through and pierce the outer surface. If you don't put screws all the way in, to avoid this, they sit proud of the inner surface. Whole thing is so flimsy that the entire structure moves at the joins with the slightest touch. If it is still in one-piece in 6 months I will be amazed. If you need furniture on a budget, go to IKEA, at least it's sturdy.

didn't arrive next day as per order details. When did arrive only 1 box of 2 so could not build bed, currently still waiting for 2nd parcel - so total of 3 days of waiting in. Cannot write a review of product as still unable to assemble it
