“Having searched the Internet the same product was much cheaper than many other online retailers by a significant margin beating eBay and Amazon. Delighted with my Corona Tall Bookcase which arrived quickly safely and was easy to put together. First class in every respect - thank you Esprahome for a superb 1st experience I'll be back.”

“Why does Esprahome think I have my order? I have not received my order yet! I waited all day yesterday for it as it was suppose to have been dispatched Monday for next day delivery. I have emailed and been told i should have it tomorrow and will be notified of a 2hour slot.....as yet Ive heard nothing.”

“I ordered the Jay-Be folding bed on Tuesday and it arrived on Thursday, that is excellant, we haven't used the bed as yet but it looks very good. Would buy from Esprahome again.”

“Excellent next working day service and the bed is perfect. Fell down on customer service. The screw and Allen key was missing from packing for the head board. 16.30 pm no one to answer my call and no one has replied to my email. Still waiting”

“Friendly customer service, informed me of a short delay in delivery straight away and gave me an accurate delivery estimate and the option to cancel my order if I wished. Furniture arrived on time in excellent condition and I'm very pleased with it.”

“Easy transaction, even with application for credit of which we could choose the amount/term/deposit to minimise financial burden. Furniture delivered the day after order process and it is fantastic quality. We are really pleased with it and the whole process.”

“The price for my item was at least £50 lower with Esprahome than anywhere else. There was an issue with my delivery (item was damaged by courier, not Esprahome's fault). Simon was very communicative and helpful in getting this resolved. I would certainly use Esprahome again.”
