“I ordered a speedskip on 18th April. I had been warned to expect a delay due to inclement weather and it was delivered on 23rd April. Unfortunately I didn't read the small print which states that colours may vary so instead of black and red as displayed, it was purple and pink. I kid you not, my previous yard owner has banned anything pink on her yard; luckily I have just moved to a very busy yard where pink seems to be de rigueur so I fit in nicely! Colour aside, it is a very useful piece of kit; the scoop is bigger than average and the short rake is much more effective in a poached paddock than the long-handled one.”

“Fast delivery but please no more non recyclable packing. It's particularly annoying because in the box I found a small amount of starch base packing so clearly you have them. I also feel the £1 discount cards are not worth printing. I spent £400 and I get £1 off my next purchase”

“It's a bit early to tell you anything yet as I have only just started to use the supplement, I have been putting it in his feed he doesn't like the taste of it , it takes a long time to eat that's no bad thing . I can't put a hay net in at the same time as he will just leave his feed and eat the hay . Like I said time will tell ...”

Thank you for your feedback. DPD will leave the item if no one is in if they can rather than return to the depot. We have not offered free delivery for £50 orders for about 5 years! We already heavily subsidise the shipping cost and ship via courier without charging extra for larger and heavier orders, the shipping charged does not even cover the cost is standard Royal Mail anymore! Our products are also priced extremely competitively. I am afraid margins are so small on Equine products that free delivery on small orders now means losing money.
