Unfortunately Royal Mail does not care about your items as much as we do, therefore we ensure it will not get damaged and you will receive the item you paid for in good condition.

“Cheap and fast delivery. Only Reason i "only" gave 4 Stars is because the pink senior was a little open and there was some of the product in the box. I weight it though, and it didnt Seem like i've lost much :-)”

“I ordered 2x 5kg salt licks, and as I am often not home, had them delivered to a friend's. I wondered who this "Pick 2 Pack" was that I got a text and email from saying that my parcel was on it's way (was expecting more than one parcel at the time), and then my friend texted to say that a heavy parcel had arrived for me.... it would be helpful if Equestrian Supplements could warn new customers that this is who they will be contacted by or that they use as a trading name! Otherwise a quick service at a reasonable price.”

“:-) Good price, quick service. :-( Packaging contained small polystyrene parcels, that are hard to recycle and the wind blew them everywhere when I unpacked at the yard.”

“Swift dispatch and delivery. I did not find an option to have a different delivery address to billing address till after the order had gone through. Amended it immediately as well as sending a message but product still delivered to billing address. No harm done but inconvenient.”
