“easy ordering and payment, fast packing and info regarding tracking no but is used to courier service is 1 day from UK to DK, didnt saw that it took 3 days as standard, you might pinpoint this more clear in yr ordersystem”

Hi Nicki, two emails were sent at the time of dispatch, no delivery time slot email was sent as it was Royal Mail not DPD.
