“For the first time ever my order didn't arrive next day, you were awaiting delivery of one item. It would have been nice to have had a quick mail informing me of that. You've made a rod for your own back as your service is normally second to none!!!!”

“I order from you on a regular basis and I have only small issue, you seem to have changed your courier. The previous courier gave the option to ask for the parcel to be dropped in a specific location which was perfect for me as I work full time and I'm not at home during delivery hours however the new courier does not offer this and it was just luck that a neighbour was home and took in my parcel for me. The recent change of courier will now make me consider changing to a new supplier unfortunately.”

“Good prompt service and delivery. It would be useful to have an ability to access discounts for quantity or larger sizes. I bought canine cortaflex which is an expensive purchase. I think I amassed some loyalty points under a previous email address and again it would eb good to know if those could be brought forward Barbara Painter”

“Generally ok. Satisfactory on-line ordering. Usually speedy delivery. Good product. My only whinge would be the £1 discount. Whether you spend £30 or £130 at a time (which I do) it's still only £1 which is derisory. I'd like to see greater discounts as the order value goes up and applied at point of order. Much easier - and fairer”

“Excellent Service from ESup, no problems with delivery very prompt and efficient, my only issue to stop my rating to very good is the web page for ordering is not very good, and on more than one occasion has frozen when been looking for product. when continue shopping takes you back to home page not where you were last. annoying but does not detract for Very good service”
