“The ring is even more beautiful in person, a perfect alternative to the traditional silver or gold. I accidentally ordered the wrong size, so I emailed customer care straight away and they updated my order before it had been dispatched. When it arrived it was still too big, so we exchanged it for the next size down. This process was seamless and we had the right ring within a week. Cannot flaw the customer service, 10/10. :)”

“The team at Etrnl have been great to deal with! We purchased a wedding ring from them, chosing from one of their made-to-order rings, and were very pleased with the result. Their designs are excellent, the customer service is great, and the ring was finished in a very reasonable timeframe. I would definitely buy from Etrnl again.”

“Accidentally ordered the wrong colour at first, when i contacted the team, they made the adjustment and it could not have been easier! The silicone ring is great quality and works very well if you have a hands on job or do a sport like crossfit. 12/10 would recommend.”

“Ring was completely different colour to the picture on the website. Also 1 size too big. Contacted the company through their contact process multiple times to exchange it as per their exchange policy. All correspondence was ignored and I never once got a reply from them. I now have a ring that doesn't fit and is the wrong colour. Waste of money and waste of time.”

“Super impressed with the well designed website, easy to navigate and any questions I had could easily be found. I also like the options of getting a ring sizing kit, as I didn't feel confident doing my own measurements. Really fast dispatch and product was beautifully packaged. Exceptional customer service when enquiring about other items I was interested in as well. Highly recommend Etrnl Rings. I just wish I had found them sooner!”
