“Some of my trades where no closed on their limit. I don't like the automatic log out. I don't like the drop disconnections. I would like to see the options to have increments on the limit. I would like view charts That can go several months. I would like the charts to have improved functions to zoom into a historic date and time.”

“As a new trader i found ETX at first seemed very elite and no suitable for new traders like me who might think they are better off with other platforms where you can start trading in 5 mins instead of going through the ETX way that is a bit longer in my experience but after getting my account running the service was fantastic the support and the education that you would otherwise pay hundreds if not thousands for. when i first started i lost alot of my deposit because i simply didnt know the market or what was doing and my risk management was terrible, but after taking many webinars and reading plenty of articles i managed to double my original deposit in about a week, remember ETX want you to make money, the more you make the more they can make, its not like they get that money that you lose, that is just simply lost. In terms of the down sides of ETX i have yet to experience many but the main one would be that their is a lack of security i have noticed to get in to my account, no 2 step verification ( i would like to see a pin added after you enter your password), as well as an option to auto log out your account after a certain amount of time or to log out from another mobile device in case you lose your laptop while you are logged in.”

“For me, the issues that I had with ETX were constant. Phone calls taking 12 to 24 rings to be answered. No one taking responsibility for anything. Everyone hiding behind "it's our policy". But worst of all, the two day + wait, that one has to endure to receive your cash. These things all weighed on me heavily. Also, very few people ever introduced themselves on the phone. Perhaps it's just me, but I prefer to speak to a person by name.”

“i cannot get through on the phone. i can't trade on that basis - and yes - its unfortunate that i usually trade in the lesser traded or more difficult. i came to you because i could nt get a price from ig on a share i wanted to short - so far so good - but i could nt get through to trade that or others. no good giving me a bonus if i can't use it! so sorry , but i will continue with ig john bradney”

“ETX Capital Trader Pro is generally reliable browser-based platform for trading, fast execution and overall good screen presentation are notable. There is room for improvement in the use of basic tools such as line drawing with no storage of user defaults, eg line colour has to be set each time the tools are used. Spreads are reasonable, and communication of increased margin requirements is generally notified in advance (as in the case of Brexit). Certain features such as guaranteed stops may be added or removed without warning which can be annoying.”

“Having started out in trading forex and a newbie, I am very happy with ETX Capital, as they are always sending me email alerts and emails, making sure all is ok and if I need any help, not to hesitate to call them regarding anything I wish to know. I find peace of mind, knowing they are regulated by the FSA and are based in London. I would recommend ETX Capital to trade with.”

“WOW! These are great when they want you to join them but after that! Customer Service is the worst I have experienced. It feels as though they have a (singular) student who responds to queries. The responses I have had have often been incorrect. On top of that the chart information has been wrong on a few occasions triggering an order and subsequently being closed out for a loss. I get two emails on the same day; one tells me I have been awarded the bonus (that was 8 months ago) and then another telling me the bonus has been deducted as I did not meet the criteria! Never again!”

“They charged interest twice in the same day for a rolling trade which they only reversed/refunded once I queried with them. This makes me uncomfortable using them going forward. Also their interest charges are a lot higher when compared to others eg IG. I've ended almost all my positions at etx and have moved to IG. The only regret is that I should have made this switched ages ago. Their customer service and trading platform is miles better than ETX!”

“Very poor customer service. 9 days after requesting a withdrawal , I am still in the dark. This is not the first time I am being given the run around when trying to withdraw funds.”
