“They decided to take almost 50% of my capital because I hadn't traded for a couple of months due to having a baby. How this is legally justified is beyond me. Disgraceful service. Been with ETX for number of years with no problems, but the line has been crossed and I am shutting down my account.”

“As a client of two other leading spread betting/CFD providers, I’d heard good things about ETX’s up and coming offering from other trading colleagues. Overall the offering is on par with these, particularly with regards to: • The extensive range of markets offered. • Execution is near perfect. No complaints here. • Tight market spreads and margin requirements. • Decent charting and comprehensive platform. I have customised my experience as I see fit and these are constantly improving. • Full FCA segregation. • Customer services. I have dealt with them on one occasion and they got back to me on my somewhat technical query within 24 hours. I was thoroughly impressed with the detail of the response I received. Technically speaking there is negligible difference between my experience with ETX and those of the other more established competitors. In the few months that I have been a customer, the offering has improved substantially, firstly with the new website and then with the constant roll out of new features. I’m looking forward to see what other tweaks they will release. There are one or two features which work better for me over its competitors, and as such, I now use ETX primarily as my go-to broker. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending ETX over other providers.”

“As a new trader, I am very happy with ETX Capital. They are always very helpful and proactive at sending out market alerts. The customer service at ETX Capital is fantastic. Even though I am a small investor I feel I am being treated like I am an important customer. Overall I would strongly recommend opening an account with ETX Capital.”

“No problem opening account, but once opened they don't want to know you. So far I have sent 6 emails still waiting for an answer. If this is the service I can expect, I will not be funding the account. Plenty of choice out there.”

“i try etx capital just for one month and finde it cool espacialy their spread i lose all the i transform the 20 £ BONUS TO 45 £ but i lose all in two minutes because of the GBP CRASH :(”
