“I have been trading with ETX for about 14mths. I had verified my account and had made deposits and withdrawels. While trading with ETXI was happy with service and platform. Despite trading with ETX for 14mths I have had my account restricted until I provide all my security documents that i supplied when I joined ETX. I find that unacceptable and I am happy to trade with someone else if that is how ETX do business.”

“£500 bonus debited from my account after your short-termism approach in creating a bonus system that is so complex to understand, and even if understood is completely unattainable. There is no clear explanation as to the terms - indeed it would be impossible to provide such due to the intended complexity – your offer is simply designed to deceive. Very disappointed – I thought you were a “stand-up” company but instead just another shark in the forex pool.”

“On the sign up page there is a request to read three documents and agree that they have been read and understood, the Terms and conditions are fine, they are readable, the other two documents (risk statement and order execution policy) come up with the message that they cannot be found: "error 404Page not found. Unfortunately the page you requested was not available. You may want to check our support section, or if the problem persists, contact our customer services." This is happening still, today at 09.14 09/12/2016”
