“On the sign up page there is a request to read three documents and agree that they have been read and understood, the Terms and conditions are fine, they are readable, the other two documents (risk statement and order execution policy) come up with the message that they cannot be found: "error 404Page not found. Unfortunately the page you requested was not available. You may want to check our support section, or if the problem persists, contact our customer services." This is happening still, today at 09.14 09/12/2016”

“Both TraderPro and MT4 platforms powerful, yet straightforward to use. Prices/spreads are very competitive i.e on DAX starting from £0.50p/pip, whereas InterTrader Direct is £1/pip and IG £2/pip! Notifications re market news, changes to margin, and especially trade transactions are excellent.”

“The platform has many stocks etc which is great. One area I find disappointing is the speed of opening and closing trades. Often I have tried to close a trade at a good profit level only to have to wait sometimes a full minute for the button to do anything by which time my profit has disappeared. It's nothing to do with my internet connection or browser as other platforms I use work fine.”

“once the deposit was made i did not get any phone call and any pushy sales patch from your agents it to deposit more i was left to work on my own pace not like other brokers. Support is very good if i have query it gets answered quickly. Also would like to see 5min time frame in ASIA SESSIONS too plus some time i experience slowness on the binary platform i hope this improves going forward.”

“Account still blocked for no reason, cant do more than answer all questions, and after that the site told me that you needed more info about me and someone will contact me Nothing happend and after 4 week my account were locked /Peter Sareklint peter@sareklint.se”
