“excellent website, especially the graphs, very efficient service, when there is a rare problem, it is sorted quite quickly without fuss. I have been with this broker for several years and had several brokers in the past, etx appears to have the best website and is the most efficient user friendly service. I don't give five stars lightly.”

“When things go wrong on the platform, I end up losing money (when I have clearly won a trade). Not satisfied with explanations given. Makes me feel at times that I`m being conned out of money. Also slow payment of withdrawal funds (could be quicker).”

“It is easy to navigate your way around the site,for instance for FX, ther is any easychoice between between selecting daily rolling, near quarter or far quarter. If I am permitted a negative view, I can't say I am enamoured about your grab of 10% of returning funds. I always thought that it was the spread that adequately funded organisations such as yours.”

“Dear Sirs, Nobody likes bad reports. If there is a listening ear, this can be a great help to polish the services to a better level. Major problem of ETX Capital is the slippage when trades are executed - on entry and on exit. It is too much slippage sometimes, there is no hedging, too. Now, this is not the normal slippage of the market movement. This is conscious manipulation of the entry and exit, so, more money can be ripped off the retail traders. As a preparation to become an IB to a City brokerage, I had to study for it. I learnt interesting things about the execution of the retail traders trades... That's why I discontinued my trading there and moved to another brokerage since end of 2015. Thank you. Sincerely yours, Dimitris. “On the whole good - but I would like to see two specific enhancements: 1. All charts to retain any lines drawn on chart until specifically deleted. 2. The ability to input default parameters for a trade to speed up one click dealing (to include position size based on % risk of account size)>”

“ETXcapital is a very trustworthy broker I feel safe with my money but the are other things I'm not very happy about like it doesn't provide life chat which is a quicker way to communicate, the leverage is too low 1:200 which makes it difficult to get in to trades if you have a small account I know this is to protect clients but these other ways to clients can use to protect themselves like risking 1% or lets, at least you would get a change to take trades if leverage was 1:400.”

“No hassle transferring what was left of my account in Alpari. No hassle trading. Spread is okay-ish. Execution is sometimes slower than most people want, but still - I am not a scalper. Quite good broker.”

“Cannot fault in anyway, being a small amount investor I got the same service as large investors. Excellent customer service, and most importantly no problems depositing or withdrawing funds. I would definitely recommend highly. Mike”
