With both technical and customer service I have had a very good service from the Big Blu staff. They listened carefully and explained the service in a manner and way that was understandable and sympathetic to the customer needs.

Changing satellite package, I dealt with a Sam Tallant working from home. Level of service was very good, with frequent calls back and emails to answer all my questions. Great result, new equipment to be installed upgrading us at a very good price. New subscription more base data than our old one and a reduced price. Can not fault Bigblu and their Sales Advisor Sam.

I have been dealing with Bigblu for about 4 years now and have always had a very pleasant experience with the staff and in particular with Hannah Hill and her colleague Alex. I need to upgrade and downgrade the capacity each year depending on the season and they are extremely helpful and obliging. Thank you also for being around to assist at this very difficult time. I was originally with Onwave - excellent, then Europasat - dreadful, then BigBlu. BigBlu contacted me about the new Modem I had received but not connected & arranged a return call at a time to suit me. Alex was extremely helpful, considerate, contacted me when he said he would & got the new modem connected. The speeds vary, but are generally very workable. This is the only option for Broadband available & I’ve used the differently named services since 2013.

Excellent service & advice. All concerns & questions answered with very good knowledge of the products, in a manner easily understood. Prompt confirmation of sale with details of installation & on-going customer support. Delivery parcel missing but dealt with promptly.

Good Afternoon, I have read reviews on websites like Trust Pilot and cannot comment on that. I have had nothing but first class service when I called. I would also like to say a big thank you to Deion Lowe who has been amazing from the first time I called Big Blu up until the day of the installation. There has been follow up calls to find out if the engineers have called and how everything was going. He explained everything to me so patiently. The 4G internet was installed a week ago and so far everything is working fine. So thank you again Deion Lowe for your help and some of the team were always helpful when I called. I must have been lucky because everytime I called the phone would be picked up quickly. So Big Blu and their team deserve a recognition for the excellent work they do. My experience of the company was dire, had I had an option I would have left with absolute pleasure - a totally unfit for purpose service ..... then I was fortunate to 'meet' Harry!! Finally, someone who understands what Customer Service should be about, who ensure what he says will be done is done, and when others let him down on his promise to me, he chased them up & kept me informed. Harry should be the vision for Customer Service at Bigblu - if you want to get it right, Harry is the person who knows how it should be done. Many thanks Harry.

Harry was extremely patient and helpful in tuning our replacement modem He made sure everything was working properly - checked my iPad was connected by wifi router - this took over an hour to resolve by phone and Harry was polite and calm at all times! Thank you Harry for your patience and understanding - June

I also have lost it with Bigblu over the last week or so but, I appreciate that they have taken over another organization and experienced interface problems, just like some 'Banks' have in the past. I have been in contact with Bigblu at Bicester more than once and believe me, I am not an easy guy to get on with. The staff at Bicester have been great and today, 17 Aug 2018, Harry.Al.Darraji has been very helpful and the problem has been fixed. Well done Bigblu, lets hope you keep it up!
