COMPLETE SCAM. the wig I paid over 300 dollars for is a goddamn mess and balding. I paid extra for a custom cap size and it wasn't made to my specifications - I've measured and it's at least an inch and a half smaller in some measurements. completely unwearable.

Buyer please beware this company is not right.i orderd a wig paid 298.00 for and it was horrible,it was half way lace instead of lace all the way around the front and they refuse to let me send it back.and customer service really sucks also.so please dont wast your time or money trust me,i will never deal with this company ever again.

I ordered $300 in wigs should of had them over a week ago but due to my zip code being listed as an 98267 they cannot find my address. Clearly they are using 0 effort considering there is only one town in all of this state called nooksack yet they still can't find it bc the zip code is 98267 INSTEAD of 98276. I've contacted usps, fedex, DHL and evahair repeatedly. No help. I will be opening a dispute on PayPal soon and giving them bad reviews anywhere I can possible.

Ordered 2 wigs on August 8th using standard shipping. It is now September 15th and I'm still waiting to receive my order. In between that time I had to reach out to customer service twice to receive the shipment confirmation. So far I found the customer service rep to be O.K, as they've compiled with my requests. I do agree that i feel cheated out with this wig company due to YouTube influence (please do more research on the reviews outside of that platform before you place an order). I'm giving them until the end of this month (considering the shipment did not leave until the 29th, though the order was placed and confirmed on the 8th) or I'll be opening a paypal dispute to get my money back. Hoping for the best..

In April, I bought a wig from these assholes.It came to me worn and damaged. Someone had bought it, cut it to shreds, and returned it. The company agreed to send me a replacement and promised they'd dispose of this so it didn't happen to anyone else, and it was hard enough to get them to agree to this as they tried to charge ME even though THEY sent me a ruined return. I sent the wig back about two weeks later. I did get tracking on it but accidentally threw away the receipt. I emailed the company right away to tell them it was sent off, and I've been emailing them almost weekly. I never asked for a refund- all I wanted was a replacement wig. They REFUSE to send me a replacement because they SAY they haven't gotten my return yet (which they're going to throw away anyway!), so now they expect me to give up or keep waiting (even though it's been about three months), leaving me without my damaged wig, a replacement wig, or my money. I'm at a loss and frankly as cheap as they are I think they've gotten my return but don't want to replace the wig, and knowing that I can't access my tracking number they're using that to keep saying they never got it when there's no reason it wouldn't have gone to them. I don't have a whole lot of money and this was a gift for my anniversary that I wasn't even able to use, and now I have nothing. I have all of the emails, including where the company admitted that the damaged wig should have never been sent to me (I sent them photos of it) and their absolute reluctance to easily help me when the problem was on their end. This company easily sends out free wigs to people for reviews all the time but can't bring themselves to replace ONE wig which was THEIR fault?! This is what they tried to tell me after I showed them the pictures: hi dear:sorry for your unhappiness dear.if you want to return the wig, we will arrange for you.but you need to pay the delivery for return and we need to charge 15% as the restocking fee.or we can refund you 10$ as the compensation. My reply: So I got a destroyed wig that's unwearable through no fault of my own, and I'm expected to pay for not only the shipping but extra so you can restock it and sell this RUINED wig to someone else??? Is that seriously how you treat your customers, by selling torn up and cut wigs and then making THEM pay for it? This wig doesn't need to be restocked for someone else! What a rip off! You better believe I'm going to share this experience online and let everyone know that you restock bad wigs and make your customers pay for it! Only then did they pretend to want to work with me, but they haven't!!!

I received a wig that had been previously returned. It was cut to shreds on the top and was missing all of the hair at the roots. I send many pictures and they still tried to make ME pay for the return and restocking. After threatening to expose them, they finally agreed to replace the wig if I paid to return it, which I did. The wig has been lost in the mail as it's been well over 2 months and they STILL won't replace it in of good faith. How many wigs do they give out to people to review, and even with proof of their wrongdoing they won't just replace this one?!?!?!?!

I have so many things to say taking into consideration all of the bad reviews I've just read. First, let me tell you that EVAHAIR.com is not EVAHAIRWIGS.com or Evahair and ELVAhair or any other wig company which works with AliExpress. Secondly, some of you complain about shipping but may not have seen carefully the TWO delivery methods proposed by the site. There is the one that costs around 15$ (express shipping via DHL, FedEx and other ones) AND the one most of the people finally take because it's free (from 5 to 20 working days. That's the one I chose and I've received it today (20th May, almost a month to the extent that I had ordered the wig on 26th April). So YES it is a bit long but I have not paid for the shipping so why complaining about it ??? Concerning the wig itself, I'd like to say that it is very full, realistic and big-head-friendly (which is very important to me...). I don't know about the other wigs (I wanted mine to look realistic and also wanted it for a daily wear so I've bought it with this purpose in mind). I think most of the wigs in this site are made for cosplays and so on and that's why some of them might look a bit unrealistic. All of this is to say that I'm pretty satisfied concerning this site and sorry if my english is that bad, I am a french costumer and I don't really understand bad reviews about it

Purchased a wig using Valentines day offer. Paid £50, wig arrived fast via DHL with was great but the wig is not... wig looked to be in good working order so I cut the lace after 2 hours of wearing around the house the stitching between the lace and wig separated leaving a massive gap!! tried contacting via website but says it cant be reached message on facebook but no reply. I have now opened a paypal dispute to get my money back

It's been 3 weeks since I ordered a wig and...Nothing, I asked for a refund 7 days in because it was too long, they answered a werk later and I still haven't got my money back. I lost 50 Euros for 3 weeks now, if I don't get my money within another week I'll file a complaint and take action. This is ridiculous and I'm tired of being fooled with.

Purchased a wig on Dec 17, paid $75 for beautiful looking wig, Still hasnt arrived. Emailed them and was told address wasn't correct, which it was. And was told i would have to pay $50 postage again as im over seas or they would refund me 30%!!! I am disgusted and out of pocket 70 odd dollars. Waste of time. DONT BOTHER!!!

The worst customer service I’ve experienced. Paid $100 on a ‘Valentine’s Day special’, didn’t receive a shipping confirmation and customer service are illiterate and rude. It’s been almost 2 weeks and I haven’t received my wig. I watched a YouTuber from ADL and she made this company look amazing! Feel like I’ve been tricked into wasting my money and my time I just want to cry. Don’t make the mistake and buy a wig elsewhere. Super disappointed in this brand.

Customer service- sucks. Just awful. Normally I'd come up with something nice to say but seeing as I HAVEN'T EVEN GOTTEN MY WIG YET!!!!!!! Ordered it with the coupon going for Valentine's day and thought it was a steal. Now after my mistake of buying from them I realized why it was suck a deal I went from 109 dollar to basically 70. I can't get ahold of anyone. Their hours seem like a scam cause they will only apparently respond from 9pm till 6am. I'm sorry honey I work for a living I'm not up that late so excuse me where the hell are you people???? The emails don't send they don't check the messages on any social media. Go over to their Facebook I was shocked when I saw all these ads thinking it's some professional business when they have less than a like on every 5th post. It just has scam written all over it. My experience was so aweful before I've even gotten the wig. My advice don't bother with it. Oh and if you don't have PayPal you don't have a worry cause they don't let you pay with anything else. (It was the only option when I went to check out.) All and all, just terrible I'm ashamed to give it one star.

Customer service is good until you buy the wig & no one replies anymore. Wig is nice but it literally shipped from China so EvaHair is changing a $100 for a wig that probably costs them 50 cents. The hair is full in the back came very tangly and the hair is the front you can see the seams

The wig is not terrible but its not what l expected at all. it looks different from the picture. You can see the cap through the hair and it has some pale blotches of something in the front like makeup. it doesn't look full and looks unnatural no matter how much l try on styling it. l came from a youtube review and the wig was completely different from that review. l have contacted customer service about this. for $64 l am not satisfied. l bought a wig off wish for $15 and it looks so much better and fuller. it frustrates me when people review wigs and say its perfect. it doesn't seem honest. l don't buy a lot of wigs and certainly would have not spent that much money on a wig. but l am working on a very important project and l wanted a good quality wig that would look natural so l was willing to pay. l am not satisfied and disappointed and l can't even read or write reviews on their sight.

The shipping was fast and the price was great. But I didn't like the quality when it arrived so I'm returning it. Their return policy isn't the best and talking with customer service was a weird experience.
