Had a great introduction to the Hydrafacial service from RasErin D. She took the time to explain the different aspects of the facial and the appointment didn't feel rushed. The Logan Circle facility in D.C. looked clean and modern.

I enjoyed the space - very clean and relaxing. Being able to pick what music I wanted to hear was a great touch! My only complaint is that I wish the website mentioned that some areas couldn't be done as one area. I came in expecting to get one area done and being told that because I wanted my forehead I actually needed my 11's done so it was two areas. But overall great and I will be back!

Everyone at Ever/Body is great. Love my providers as they are very knowledgeable, have patience, and tend to my needs. This was my third time going - the only thing that drastically needs improvement is the numbing process for Morpheus8 treatment. The thin layer of numbing cream they apply to my face is NOT ENOUGH. It was so painful that I sweat through my sweater and onto the chair. PLEASE START prescribing pain meds or allowing customers to opt for a stronger application of numbing cream! For Morpheus8 treatment, it is so commonplace to receive these types of medical services. if you're going to do Morpheus8 do it right.

I really liked the esthetician I worked with. And I really liked the results. My one complaint is that it wasn’t a very peaceful experience. Loud pop music and bright lights… also another esthetician came in our room twice to ask a question/get something. Really distracting and rude. This was an expensive procedure and that felt very unprofessional.

I had a hydro facial. It was a very pleasant experience. I was greeted on time, the facility was very clean. Derrick did my facial and he was very professional. He explained everything he was doing and was always asking how I was feeling and was I comfortable I would recommend him and the spa

I love that they were very professional. The Lady that did my treatment was very nice, I only wish that someone call to check on me. I have two more treatments to go. But of course, I have some questions and concerns. I have the Morpheus 8, . I have to wait a few weeks for the next one and to speak with someone about the treatment, that's my only complaint.

The Provider was great and walked me through the entire process and made sure to ask if I had any questions before starting. She was extremely knowledgeable when I asked about ingredients and concerns about side effects. I'm deducting one star only because the front desk staff was rude and unhelpful. They were clearly in a hurry to close the store and it made me feel rushed and the overall experience more hurried than it should have been. It was so offputting that I would hesitate to recommend to anyone. Maybe other locations are diffeent. There was also supposedly a discount for first-time guests that my provider had told me about but it was neglected to be included when I went to pay.

I really love the ease of booking and the actual work of Ever/Body. My only critique would be I feel like you're constantly being upsold which is a little off-putting and undermines the feeling you're being recommended the best service for what you're trying to achieve.

This was the first time doing a procedure with laser treatment. The RN was warm and friendly. She addressed my concerns and understood my levels of tolerance to the discomfort I felt. I still have two more to go, so ill be updating my progress.

Great experience and extremely polite and friendly staff. The space is beautiful and immaculate. The only negative feedback is that the staff can be a little bit pushy about products and other procedures, which I think can be detrimental to the relaxed environment, other than that I loved the experience and I'll be coming back again.

I bought a package of 3 Morpheus, 3 Clean & Brillant, and 3 HydraFacial. I was very happy with all the services that I tried except for my last visit! It was frustrating since everything was 5 stars until that day. I've been visiting the place since last December and everyone was kind and attentive. My last HydraFacial was rushed, it wasn't similar to the last two I had, and the aesthetician didn't walk me through what she was doing. When I was checking out it seemed that something was going on at the front desk. There was a doctor kind of supervising while two of the receptionist were busy. He just stood there and it was uncomfortable. The atmosphere felt tense. I was rushed out and even though I bought a serum, nobody suggested how to continue with my treatments or if I wanted to buy a new package. I am currently looking at other options because of this.
