“Poor packaging meant that a bottle of fish oil was smashed in transit, spilt over everything else in the package and saturated the packaging itself. What a mess. The fish oil IS being replaced, but really, the mess was unsatisfactory. Crumbled brown paper doesn’t quite pull off protective packaging.”
