“I sent the below e-Mail and have not received any response. There was an issue with my delivery of order #248431. I received it last Saturday and when I opened the box 2 of the Sukin bottles had opened during transport. Luckily the spill was contained in the bag the 4 bottles were packed in. A decent amount of the colour care shampoo bottle leaked into the bag making quite the mess. The other opened bottle did not appear to spill. The tops of these should be taped to ensure they do not open during transport or they should be stood upright and prevented from falling around the place and being squashed.”

“One star is too much for these people. They won't even give a proper receipt, which they are required to do by legislation. They don't reply to emails unless you send the same mail four times, then you might be lucky to get a reply. You cancel an order due to a dispute and they still send it out. The courier was told not to pick it up, but they did and now the parcel is missing all because the delivery date was changed. What is gone wrong with people, the incompetence is gone out of control. Stay clear of a company, i believe has no regard for their customers.”
