“The candles are of good quality, of that there is no doubt and they look lovely, however I think you should mention that they are slim candles in your description of them on your website and that they will not fit a standard candle holder (dinner candles as a description is not sufficient I feel as many people, including me, may not realise they are smaller than the average candle in girth - I assume that dinner candles are generally slimmer, after receiving your candles, is that correct)? I ordered two packs of three, which is just as well as I've had to gently warm 2 of them to unwrap them and wrap them round an existing dinner candle sized one. They are to be the candles representing us, at our wedding candle ceremony so you can see why I was disappointed. Also it's a good job your packaging was so thorough as the box was badly battered when it arrived, fortunately the candles were intact.”
“I love this company and order regularly from them. However the last time I ordered I received a huge box full of plastic protections, bubble wrap etc for only a few items. It was enough to fill a huge plastic bag - which was provided inside the box to hold boxes of tea together...”

“Hi, my homeopathic vet asked me to order from you, unfortunately your website was down for at least 2 days. I put my order in, that was good you had everything l needed. Unfortunately your order took many days to arrive. I was expecting it to be alot faster as you're in Ireland. Lastly there was far too much plastic around the items. In this day and age we know plastic is not good for the planet at all. There are much more eco friendly forms of packeting even for glass bottles and strong eco tape so sellotape needn't be used at all. I feel alternative companies should lead the way in this. “Happy with quality of products but it was a full 5 working days after I ordered before I got email confirmation that my order was on the way and 7 working days from order before it was actually delivered. Seems a long time to wait for products ordered from a company in Ireland. Also when delivered by dpd they put it over our gate and did not ring bell so it was left in the rain for a while needlessly”
