“Took five days to get to me. I spent quite a bit of money and was still charged for postage. Most companies will not have carriage charges if you spend a certain amount of money.”
“Poor communication and ineffective supply fulfilment times. Website said 2/3 working days to fulfil the order. In reality it took longer and I was disappointed as there was no website order update nor emails about my order to keep me informed. Very disappointed as it was a gift. Won't be using them again for any delivery.”

“Consistently the delivery service from Evergreen is appalling. I ordered on a Monday and it was the Wednesday of the following week before my product arrived. It took days before it was even picked up by the courier service and then further days for it to get to me. I have had delivery to the West and East coast and location makes no difference, from order to deliver appears to take at least 7 working days. My friend ordered the same product from a different supplier and had delivery the next day. This is all within Ireland.”
“Main guy who delivered today had been on holiday last week. He knows the root very well so he did deliver very well this was the 3rd attempt however with two miscommunication with the delivery twice before this. Had no issue with Delivery guy today. Was very frustrated when I was in the two times before bit no delivery ..no call or ring of bell and then I was told I had been out when I wasn't!”
“Loyalty points can only be used for items not on offer! What a joke! Best to just do away with this Loyalty point programme. When I order, I always have items that are on offer included. So Loyalty points are useless for me! As the reply shows, the loyalty programme is substandard compared to other companies, who will at least apply the points to items not on offer, with a mixed order. Terms and conditions can always be adjusted...that is if someone wants to retain loyal customers. Otherwise it is no wonder when consumers switch from Irish to international vendors.”
“I love the products that evergreen supply but the customer service ordering online is really poor. I waited a week for an order, with no communication as to the delay ( I live in Galway so usually it’s a 2 day wait max) despite two emails. Eventually I called them, was informed the delay was due to one item being out of stock. The order was delivered the next day with a ridiculous amount of plastic packaging, most of it unrecycleable. . In this day and age, there is no excuse for not using cardboard/paper for wrapping , all the other health food stores I order from in Ireland do. I am still waiting for a response from customer service as to why they did not respond to my two emails and why they didn’t get in touch to explain what the delay was.”
“Nothing wrong with product or delivery - all great, very happy. However, you sent a gift of a bar of sea salt organic chocolate with very plain packaging. (Lovely touch). I gave a piece to my kids and within 2 minutes found out it contained cashew nuts! Both had a bad reaction - eyes swelling, mild swelling in throat and one got bad rash all over his body that he screamed crying with the pain of it as it was so itchy. My daughter had the reaction the night before her English Leaving Cert exam resulting in her loosing 3 hours of study time and in complete panic she wouldn’t be able to sit it! They eat sea salt choc all the time so I didn’t think to check. They were fine in the end thank God. However, the company that supplies you with that chocolate needs to put on the front of the wrapping that there are cashew nuts in it. We were lucky but could have been much worse!”
“There's space for improvement around communication After submitting my order I've never received a confirmation of my order, I had to ask them about the whereabouts of it, delay happened and they never told me, only when asked. I understand every company has a different sales process, but I miss the communication side and the management of expectative of the customer. I wish it was better, but I hope they have these points addressed for the greater good.”
