“I liked all of your products, everything arrived in best state. I thought there might have been way too much plastic, so more eco-friendly wrapping would be welcome in the future!”

“I am reviewing their granola range of reduced sugar products. Quality is fabulous. I feel that I can taste the goodness and quality ingredients. They are a little pricey but I feel it is worth it. I also had a few questions about ingredients and was given an informed quick response.”

“I generally like the selection available. Some products lack clarity on ingredient lists thought. I contacted once regarding the discontinuation of, or unavailabiliyt of a product (I think it was large 1kg tub of cashew butter) but this went unanswered so I will take a star off for that. Delivery is prompt too”

Hello, We’re sorry to hear about your experience, although we’re glad to know that you generally enjoy our product selection and find our delivery service prompt. We’re particularly sorry that your previous enquiry regarding the availability of the larger 1kg tub of cashew butter went unanswered. We’ve checked our records, but unfortunately, we haven’t been able to locate an email from you. We’d really appreciate the opportunity to look into this for you. If you still require assistance, please feel free to contact us at customerservice@evergreen.ie, and our team will be happy to help. Thank you again for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We truly appreciate it. Kind regards, Ellie
