“Their delivery takes way too long. A week to deliver two items when their competition delivers within 24-48 hours. I recieved a delivery from Chicago which I ordered after Evergreens and I recieved it a day before theirs. Customer service claims it is because they are very busy - it took them over 72 hours to (process) pick two items and another 24 hours to pack & label them. Overall, if anything is time sensitive I would order elsewhere.”
