“An online order got damaged in transit and I was super impressed at how fast Evergreen packaged, prepared and replaced the order of Organic Soya Milk.. I have always found their service and range of products to be excellent.”
“Used to love Evergreen but delivery is now always so slow. My order was left unfulfilled for a full week before they eventually got around to packing it. It took almost 2 weeks to come despite coming from just 80 kms away. The reasons stated for this were different depending to whom you spoke but it seems that not enough staff and poor organisation is at the core of it ( orders not dealt with in order they arrived?). I probably won't be ordering from Evergreen again because of the delay as this is going on since last January at least.”
“The range of items is good and the prices are very reasonable. However, the lack of any indication of when it would be delivered was a bit irritating and there was a lot of plastic in the delivery packaging. I would buy from them again, but the delivery process could use some more transparency.”
