“I am satisfied with the quality of the food items delivered. The delivery takes about a week after placing order. Considering it is during pandemic it is acceptable. The fact that each item was carefully wrapped makes me more sure that evergreen.ie is the place to go for organic and healthy food from now on!”
“I made an order for a specific item, I then added on extra things to get free postage, the order arrived with the extra things but not what I made the order for, when I checked it said they were coming in a later package, I then receive a refund due the original product, I wouldn't have made the order if I had been told they were unavailable at the beginning, I had opened the other items by the time I found out so couldn't return them.”
“Efficient delivery. Only small suggestion I had is to let me know my order had been dispatched and who the courier was. I received notification from DPD directly as opposed to Evergreen but that's only a small issue. I would highly recommend them and will be back to order again :-)”

I rate lower only because of the frustration I have with the waste and time needed due to your consistent overpacking, impossibly wrapping even plastic containers on tight layers of paper and plastic. “Very disappointed with the service. Placed an order on Monday, it was “dispatched” on Wednesday and yet hasn’t been collected by courier. I emailed on Friday and was told they’d look into it. I’m still waiting on a reply. I’ve tried to cancel the order twice and yet still unsure what’s going on. Not a company I’d use again unfortunately.”
