“The food is good, but delivery with DPD is notoriously unreliable. It's not just the timing, but the days: it was supposed to be delivered Tuesday, yet on Tuesday I was notified that it will be delivered in Wednesday. No specific hour. I had to cancel in person meetings at work because i could no longer cancel the delivery or adjust the delivery day.”

Hi Olivia, thanks for your feedback and I'm very sorry to hear about your mediocre experience. We've had some operational struggles in BENELUX recently which now finally are resolved. Not only did our local fulfilment partner go out of business but recently we've also been affected by various strikes and only this week by the ice-storm going through Germany. Those external forces can sometimes result in a delay of the delivery for which we are seriously sorry. We hope you can enjoy your meals now and we'll do everything thats within our power to guarantee a smooth and on-time delivery experience for your next order.

“Leider wird die genaue Ankunft aber des Pakets nicht mitgeteilt, so dass u.U. die Kühlkette doch unterbrochen ist. Wunsch aus meiner Sicht: Vorgabe eines 3 Stunden Zeitfensters, dies müsste wählbar durch den Besteller sein und nicht als reine Information durch den Zulieferdienst. Das kann man als beruftätiger Haushalt kaum immer spontan regeln.”

“Food and concept really amazing. The cooling concept during shipping has room for improvement. When the packages arrive half-melted and refreeze in the freezer then cooking becomes much harder due to the frozen blocks.”
