“Not very pleasing. Item I ordered was only place that had size I needed, payed 30% more than manufacturer was advertising, forgot to list discount code before I hit submit button; immediately send email to ask if I could still apply discount, but did not receive a reply from customer service, over-all very disappointed.”

HI Orit, I see you left a review about not getting your items in time so I looked into it and you are right. I really apologize your order took 10 days to get to you. Typically our delivery time is 2-3 days even with "Free Shipping". It looks like we sent an email from our support staff to you saying that this item came in but was in the wrong color from the manufacturer so we asked to see if it can ship in 1 week. We didn't get a response from you so we proceeded on keeping your order open and shipping when more came in. Sometimes our emails from support end up in the junk/ spam folder so possibly you didn't see this. It looks like your order was delivered on the 24th so you're all set! Again my apologies for the delay. Happy Holidays!

Hi Diana, I saw your review you posted so I looked into your order. It looks like this item didn't sync with our shipping software because this product was set as a "downloadable" item on accident. Since you have placed your order we have fixed this issue but I apologize it was not in the package.
