“terrible. I ordered two gym bags. I only received one even though the shipping receipt there were two in the shipment. The one that came wasn't even one that I ordered!”

HI Orit, I see you left a review about not getting your items in time so I looked into it and you are right. I really apologize your order took 10 days to get to you. Typically our delivery time is 2-3 days even with "Free Shipping". It looks like we sent an email from our support staff to you saying that this item came in but was in the wrong color from the manufacturer so we asked to see if it can ship in 1 week. We didn't get a response from you so we proceeded on keeping your order open and shipping when more came in. Sometimes our emails from support end up in the junk/ spam folder so possibly you didn't see this. It looks like your order was delivered on the 24th so you're all set! Again my apologies for the delay. Happy Holidays!

Hi Diana, I saw your review you posted so I looked into your order. It looks like this item didn't sync with our shipping software because this product was set as a "downloadable" item on accident. Since you have placed your order we have fixed this issue but I apologize it was not in the package. “Would highly recommend an easier return process such as automated return labels upon request. Even if small expense comes off the return credit, email-print-out labels would really make it much easier and more secure. Appreciate if you can consider that. Best Regards.”
