Awesome. Web site says on banner at the top free returns. Complete misrepresentation, it’s free exchanges only. I pay shipping to return.

This was the first time I ordered from Evolve. I paid for two day express shipping through Fed Ex since the order was for a gift that was time sensitive. I was promptly sent the tracking number. Three days later, the tracking information had not changed, simply stating the label information had been sent to Fed Ex (but the package had not been delivered or even shipped). I reached out to Evolve five days later, when the tracking information had STILL not changed, and was told that the same tracking number I was searching was saying it shipped two days prior (still over the two day express shipping that I had paid for originally). I immediately looked up the tracking information for myself, and it still stated the label was created but nothing more had been done. I sent a screen shot to customer service, and when I checked this morning (a full week later) it says the original item was shipped five days after purchasing, the same day I reached out to customer service. I am disappointed because the site carries a number of brands that I support, and as a person who works in the fitness industry, I am often asked where I purchase my work out gear. I will NEVER recommend Evolve now due to the overcharge of shipping, lack of integrity about the mistake, and the frustration the ordering process caused me. The clothes are cute, but for the cost, there are other sites that have fantastic customer support and are reliable with the shipping.

I still have not received my order as I did at the end of March this year. I have written emails several times and also written several DMs on instagram, but you have not answered me. I have already paid for my clothes. This is really bad and I'm so disappointed. You contacted me via Instagram and wanted me to become an ambassador and I made an order immediately. Is this how you treat your customers?

I am not happy 1 month ago a person contacted my page to be ambassador and I have been waiting for my order since 4/18/20 and nobody tells me anything or when my order arrives or anything. I feel like my money has been stolen

I am very disappointed with your company. I have purchased a t-shirt on 6th of April. Unfortunately I have not received it yet. On top of that I don`t receive any reliable information from you. The communication with you is really hard. I am still waiting for my purchase or if I don`t receive it till the end of next week or at least to get any proper information from you when I will receive it, I will expect my money back. Unfortunately it was a very poor experience with evolve wear.i would never ever buy something from them anymore. First they mistaked something with my order then they never replied on my emails and finally It took 1 month until the parcel was on the way to my home. Really Poor service!!!!

Well I received the wrong order to begin with. I then attempted to contact evolve and left messages regarding my order in which no one bothered to call me back. I have now attempted to email customer service in Hope's they will call me back! This has been hands down the WORST customer service I have received.

Hey Knut-Arne, Im sorry if you didn't get the leggings the first time. They look like they got held up in customs in Norway and re-shipped back to us. However they were re-shipped out and delivered to you on 3/8. Let me know if you didn't get them. Im sorry for the delay, we can not control customs requirements with all other countries outside the USA. We are now shipping with FedEx which we can make sure items are delivered to you on time within 10 days. Thanks, Kyla

Absolutely awful, after waiting months for a refund and endless emails to be told I will be given store credit to spend, bearing in mind I live in uk so would have to pay another international shipping charge so ordered more which I didn’t need, to come home to a note saying I needed to pick up from post office with a customs charge of $20 on top of that! when I asked for a refund for that extra charge I was told I would get another store credit!!! Would definitely not recommend!

terrible. I ordered two gym bags. I only received one even though the shipping receipt there were two in the shipment. The one that came wasn't even one that I ordered!
