“Good, but I was disappointed in the discount code I got for joining their mailing list. It said 10% off any purchase, but when I went to use it, I found it couldn't be used on sale items. I notified customer service by email and got no response. Also, they need to demand better service from USPS. My first package was lost because evidently sometimes USPS doesn't do periodic scanning (?) and lost my package, so they had to reship it to me. Still giving four stars because the service was great both times I called the customer service number.”

“evolve customer service were wonderful - i would have given 5 out of 5 except my experience with Fed Ex was so poor. but garments were perfect and customer service rep got back to me quickly and was super polite and personal!”

Hi Diana, I saw your review you posted so I looked into your order. It looks like this item didn't sync with our shipping software because this product was set as a "downloadable" item on accident. Since you have placed your order we have fixed this issue but I apologize it was not in the package.
