“I bought two items and they were sent in different packages. Despite the fact I paid for express shipping one of the items didn’t arrive on time, plus it wasn’t the item I ordered.”

“The clothing is great but it has yet to arrive and the tracking information has not updated. The customer service hours are a little frustrating as well since I am ordering from overseas.”

HI Orit, I see you left a review about not getting your items in time so I looked into it and you are right. I really apologize your order took 10 days to get to you. Typically our delivery time is 2-3 days even with "Free Shipping". It looks like we sent an email from our support staff to you saying that this item came in but was in the wrong color from the manufacturer so we asked to see if it can ship in 1 week. We didn't get a response from you so we proceeded on keeping your order open and shipping when more came in. Sometimes our emails from support end up in the junk/ spam folder so possibly you didn't see this. It looks like your order was delivered on the 24th so you're all set! Again my apologies for the delay. Happy Holidays!

“i was ok but not thrilled with what i got. it wasn't as high a quality as i had hoped for. and it didnt fit me as well as i'd hoped. neither the small nor the medium was a good match. i ordered one of each. i am 5'9" and 106lbs and they were either a bit too short or a bit too big.”

“Shopping experience was fine. I love the style, but I'm super active and on my very first wear of these awesome style pants they are slipping in the butt. I feel like I have to hike them up from my hamstring to get them to ride higher and then I felt like maybe the crotch could have been a bit more padded or larger flat area. I ended up wearing a thong to an insanity class just to be sure I had enough coverage in the front. No doubt these are beautiful pants, and I did get the correct size, but for the price, I'd love the fit to be perfect.”

“for the amount I paid for my leggings I expected thicker, more quality, less see through pants. I get the same quality leggings from amazon for around $15-20.”

“Easy to order, although I created an account at time of purchase, received items in a timely manner, and 2 items ordered did not fit. I followed instructions for returns on order slip, set up account (again), and now it shows no orders placed, so no way 2 manage a return. I called customer service number - no one answering phones - and alert a message. But also no return call to assist me w return, and so customer service, not so great!
