Item was for delivery to a shop. Delivery arrived at 8:30 pm on a Saturday night when the shop was closed and wouldn't re-open until Monday. Parcel was left on the pavement outside the shop, between two pubs, in the pouring rain. Beggars belief!!

We were at home sitting at lounge window at front of house awaiting delivery from M&S. Doorbell did not ring. Received message saying delivery attempted but no one in. Photo shows driveway but no car so we suspect driver assumed no one in so didn't try to deliver. Message said "card left" but NO card was left. Evri is a VERY poor delivery company. If M&S are using Evri we will avoid ordering from M&S.
