Evri really are useless. Several times recently they claimed to have attempted to deliver an Amazon package when we were in, lights were on, and access to the front door was clear. They must have thousands of undelivered items sitting in a warehouse. Evri/Hermes are an utterly pathetic delivery company.

I've waited for 2 weeks for a delivery that has been in transit for over 10 days, they never get back to you they don't call or email you they simply don't care, I have had 4 packages out of 5 late and very late and 1 did not appear at all, I would avoid every they are useless
