There is a scam working under the Evri name.
It tells you the parcel has been damaged and one should forward 12 pence together with your name etcetera for correction. It is a scam, a big scam. Starts with 12 pence and works its way up into £ thousands. Do not be caught out, it is a vicious scam.
By the way, Evri could not care that you have been 'stung'. Best to demand another delivery company to safeguard your fortunes.

I am sooo angry. I paid for a next day delivery which Evri failed to deliver to me the courier had the cheek to take a picture of the pavement on my road and say they were ‘unable’ as if I wasn’t there waiting by the door!! No delivery attempt was made they just lie and cause inconveniences! The worst!

What a hopeless delivery service. They've given a wrong status of failed delivery attempt when we did not step out of the house on the 4th. Their customer service number is automated and does not accept the tracking number. The tracking option asks to change delivery option but does not accept the postcode....I'm at a loss!!
