Absolute disgusting service. No contact to emails. Customer service failed to reply. Parcel in the depot for over a week. Still waiting for the delivery. I am not able to get a refund and it was an expensive item.

The delivery driver has just thrown a heavy parcel on a flower planter at our front door crushing all the plants.
There is a very clear and large note asking for all parcels to be left at the back door but he just couldn’t be bothered to walk a few extra steps. Smacks of total ignorance.
