This delivery company is the worst I've ever had!! The man doesn't rung the door bell, just throws it on the doorstep. I have made several complaints. On their app is says my delivery person is a woman called Tracy. That's a total lie, it's a man who doesn't speak English. I know this because I managed to catch him one day. This company needs shutting down. They employ people who don't even have a driving licence, insurance etc.
