Terrible service! I specifically selected delivery to a Parcel Shop, yet after just one attempt, they immediately returned my package back to the sender. How can a courier fail to deliver to an open shop? Completely unacceptable service and total lack of effort.

Quite useless. Parcel delivery spots are chosen at random - over hedges, on lawns (other peoples’), once even dumped down a marsh track.
