If the parcel was genuinely too large for Evri to handle, why was it accepted and transported through their network in the first place? Why was this only discovered at the final delivery stage?
Even more frustratingly, I wasn’t given the option to collect it from the local depot or offered any alternative delivery arrangement.

PATHETIC.i paid to return a parcel to the retailer. Evri had that parcel for 6 days, the tracker kept saying it was at their sorting office. Customer services kept saying they were looking into it. After 6 days they returned it to my neighbour, not even to me nor the correct return delivery address. Absolute imbeciles.
