Doorstep confrontation by courier they lied regarding delivery attempts & refused delivery claiming small clothing items are to large so returned even though they continue to refuse delivery tried endlessly to complain to resolve but all ignored impossible to speak to an advisor, just ignored but still take postage payment.

In the past they gave a delivery period for the delivery. As every other delivery service does
Now this is not being done!! Trying to get this information is an absolute waste of time! Change the name but the service is still absolute RUBBISH
