Worst delivery company I've ever come across. I mean if you can't talk to someone over the phone to sort an issue, that's a disaster recipe. I was given x5 wrong delivery dates and times, just unbelievable. I'm going after them for financial loss now, they can't keep getting away with this service.

I’ve now been waiting 3 extra days for a parcel that has reached their delivery depot but isn’t out for delivery, and it looks like I will not be getting my order on time for my holiday abroad despite leaving plenty of time.
