I started my Exante 800 journey last week, and so far so good. The taste isn't as bad as some of the reviews I have read, and surprisingly I have not felt that hungry in between meal replacements.
Order and Delivery
- As this was my first order, I received a few freebies! - I ordered my 4-week box around midday and received my order the next day.
Alternatives
- I had previously tried to Cambridge Diet (1:1 Diet), but I found it too expensive. Exante is definitely a better and cheaper alternative.
- I had also previously tried my own very low calorie diet by shopping for ingredients myself, but I always found myself overeating due to a lack of portion control.

“I have found the products really filling which does making cutting calories easier. It takes a while to find what you like, there are a few awful ones! (Coconut bar is gross to me).
Once I had a routine with the ones I like, chocolate fudge, lemon bar and the cinnamon shake I found it easy to stick to. A week in and I’ve lost 6lbs.
I started with the month box then just topped it up offering the things I like. For the shakes definitely use a blender and ice.

I haven't ever really been a fan of meal replacement, but Exante seems to be the best I have tried. I have been doing this diet for 2 weeks and have so far lost 9lb, I am yet to try a product that I don't like and I no longer feel bloated all the time. I feel amazing.

“Shakes are ok. Other products are hit and miss. Some nice. Some inedible. Everything does have that synthetic taste. Delivery is often problematic. Courier they use is awful. Customer services are very apologetic when things go wrong but don't actually resolve the issue. Words of apology mean nothing when the customer is the one inconvenienced and left to sort everything out. Very poor.”

“Meals based on adding water to pot are disgusting and its no wonder you will lost weight because you won't want to eat this. Equally, the bars are not very tasty at all and rather synthetic in texture and taste. you will lose weight because they are so awful!”
