“Wow! I wanted to give it some time before this review to really get to grips with my new outlaw elegant handled razor. My conclusion is.....what a razor perfect infact! So if your looking for a sublime close shaving experience give the outlaw a go you wont regret it 10/10.”

“I watched a video and posted some questions in the comments. THEY ANSWERED RIGHT AWAY! So at 54 years old I ordered the recommended supplies and learned to shave all over again. The best, closest shave I have ever had. Thanks is not enough. From now on I will be getting my shaving supplies from Scotland of all places. A long way from Orlando but worth it for the excellent customer service.”

“Website great, customer service great but let down with communication. Ordered a pottery bowl but didn't come as picture showed. Disappointed they sent it as it wasn't the same shape. After seeing it on delivery I was well disappointed but soon was put in my collection. Emailed their customer service & got a reply very quickly which was explanatory but couldn't understand why they sent the item as not the same on the website. Ordered the bowl what I wanted from another company to make sure I got what I ordered.”
