“Snake came in a quick amount of time. Seems very healthy no problems so far. However when the snake came it talks you ehat size mice it ate an how many times a week to feed it. Again all good. Until we tried feeding him. They told us to give him fluffs. Well 3 days later he still Can't eat them. They're way too big for him to eat. Had to go an order pinkies which he ate without a problem. If places sell these pets to people my advice to them is give the right advice to customers. They shouldn't have to find it them a&e. Especially on the food your meant to be feeding him on.”

“Over the past few years I have purchased many items of both livestock and dry goods and have never been disappointed by Exotic -pets service nor the quality of received goods. What makes them one of the best in their industry is their willingness to discuss in detail any queries one may have calling upon many years of experience that both Karen and Chris have in the husbandry of the animals on their site.I would not hesitate to recommend them.”

“This is a great website for exotic animals and is one of the only good/real one out there. My Tarantula came the day after ordering. Packed really well and safe. Really good pricing and has really good health. It would be nice if they had more varity in speices but overall, would definetly recommend to someone looking for an exotic animal.”

“I purchased the curly wing flies and waited for 9 days and they didn't arrive. So I called and then they were sent again. In total it took 11 days until I finally could feed my pet mantis.”

Thanks for leaving a review but as previously discussed, the original parcel was somehow lost by Royal Mail. This was clearly shown on the tracking information we provided and once we were made aware of the situation and you not receiving your order, we dispatched a replacement straight away. “Everything I have ever purchased from exotic pets has been top quality both livestock and accessories I purchased a ball python that never misses a feed I highly recommend exotic pets to both novice and experienced herpetologists.”

“It was a lot easier to just click and receive than going all the way down to the shop and buying. The postage was just above the cost of the bus fares and so I didn't lose out much on that either. Very quick delivery and so everything was easier. Brenda Bailey.”

“Thanks to the superb service and tons of brilliant advice from Exotic Pets UK, we have recently added a new family member: Camilla the chameleon! They have patiently and with absolute professional knowledge answered our millions of questions and concerns, not just before the big purchase but ever since then. They have been very flexible, caring and thoughtful! My daughter even had some extra surprises in the pack for her birthday! We haven't really met any services who would go this extra mile, so we feel extremely lucky and grateful having stumbled across and contacting them with our wish to have a pet chameleon! We highly recommend their service to everybody who is just about to add an exotic pet to their family or need a reliable, prompt and kind service for their existing one!”
