“Very helpful and professional,they know lots about the animals they sell. My praying mantises arrived safe and well and are very happy in there new homes. Arrived well packaged and secure. Will defo be buying from them again and would highly recommend”

“Very friendly customer service staff, you can tell they care deeply about the animals they sell. Had a problem with my order hence four stars, the snake kit I ordered was discontinued and I wasn’t notified till I emailed to ask for an update on my order Other than that minor issue a very caring and professional place to buy exotic animals, they will be my go to for exotic pets in the future”

“Ordered brooks king on the 9th December and received it on the 12th January.the snake arrived well packaged.I was hoping she would eat and drink before she settled in her new home.within an hour she ate drank and had a brief swim before shedding as she left her pool.so two weeks on now and she’s growing fast always hungry and full of mischief and ready for fuzzies.she will have a 5x2x2 Viv next month and I have already got a shadedweller t5 max pro and a projection heater and dimmer thermostat.she will have the best I can give her.service was good and I will order from exotic pets in the future!”

“The Delivery process was quick and easy however there was a very slight issue. Unfortunately, Our Vietnamese Stick insect lost one leg in transit, this sad for us as we can see him struggle when roaming.”

“All was good but may I suggest that when sell on line your have customer sign a disclosure because when I was able to go to reptile shop you have prove you have good home for pet and will take responsibility for what happens to pet because any one can buy dangers creatures off line thank you”

Hi Tanya, Thank you for your review. For online sales (as we do in store) our team will assess your knowledge, experience, and suitability of your wanted new pet. Proof of setup must also be provided if goods have been purchased elsewhere. We will not ship any reptiles or amphibians until we are satisfied with all the information and evidence provided. Invertebrate orders do fall under different sales policies, however at the checkout it states that an exotic pet is not an impulse buy. You must have researched how to care for the exotic pet in question. We are also here to offer advice should anyone require further information.

“Ordered a snake, came the day they said. came very warm( very warm day) and healthy. Very happy to change order day/week. Since unexpectedly coming a week before going on holiday. Highly recommend.”

“Really good shop. Answers any questions I had. Stick insects came quick but through royal mail. Box obviously felt empty so poor little things would have been chucked about. One of my insects came with a broken leg and limps on it. Also a snapped antenna/feeler. Maybe if the box was labelled up (fragile, live bugs inside, ets)”

“I received my LP T Sling promptly and as described. It was very lethargic so I reached out by email to Exotic-Pets and received a prompt reply with a possible cause. Followed the advice and the T is now eating and moving as expected. My reason for 4 stars, is that on the day following my order the same T was offered at twice the size for only £5 more. As a novice owner that would have been nice to know, as it would take some of the worry away by buying larger. That said i'd have no hesitation in buying from here again.”

“I ordered some frozen pinkies and a corn snake, the corn snake arrived and is in excellent condition and absolutely thriving, the pinkies did arrive thawed however (I was there straight away for delivery) so I'm knocking a star off for that, I was able to save majority of the pinkies by washing them in cold water and refreezing them successfully. Other than that, it was an excellent service and I'll be back for more mice and reptiles some other day. :)”

“I bought a corn snake, the heat pack arrived cold on him. Everything else was perfect and he's doing good! The delivery shipped exactly when I was told, the staff were lovely and the courier was really helpful.”

“Based on our 1st time using exotic pets. Ordered 2 crickets and 3 locust, everything arrived next day and everything live, so very satisfied and our two beardies must of enjoyed them because they are gone and will be placing another order. Thank you.”
