“I ordered ten litres of aspen bedding for my hamster, it wasn’t too expensive, the total coming to about seven pounds something-including delivery- but I was a bit disappoint at the amount there was, I could buy that much at my local pet rescue for £2.50 honestly. It came very fast and was obviously good quality with it being just regular aspen. I will say I was impressed with the pricing when scrolling through the website, everything is well priced, much cheaper than anywhere else with is always good to hear as I seem to find that things like this are often very overpriced. Everything about it was great other than I was expecting a bit more.”

“Very good contact with the set up of courier was very speedy considering the c-19 has slowed alot of things down, was a few items missing from my order though, I have emailed and its being looked into, just taking more time than usual but again this is reflected by the c-19 at thr moment, sure it will be sorted out. everything arrived packaged well, and my chameleon was relatively unstressed, heatpacks and good insulation on her transport box”

“Recieved everything I ordered in good condition the enclosure was in one piece thank goodness only problem is the bulbs I ordered were meant to be tropical species bulbs and I recieved desert bulbs so more powerful UV light than what the tropical bulbs put out, still if you live somewhere like I do on an island in scotland be prepared to pay the price of additional shipping costs. Great people to talk to on the phone kind and helpful. Took 3 weeks to get my order as it sat in awaiting despatch for a very long time and wasnt given any tracking or expected delivery dates when despatched. All that being said I'm still very happy with the service provided of good quality items that they stock especially during these hard times during lockdown they continue to operate implementing restrictions on only a few of their services. I'm just glad I could get my tarantula into its permanent home although dont know if heating cable works yet as still waiting for my thermostat to come home but least I can finally get the tarantula away from the developing mould for now but really need the thermostat, it's still snowing and below 0°C here the past couple weeks are colder and less humid than normal this time of year which means instead of 75-80% humidity its dropping to 40% or below which is not acceptable and I cant keep misting so regularly as that's what develops the mould so I really do need the thermostat and heat cable to work so I guess I'll have to continue waiting for it the longer I have to wait the more unhealthy my tarantula will get.”

“I ordered two Coco fibre bricks and a small cork bark. The delivery was quick and a reasonable price compared to other reptile stores. The Coco fibre bricks are doing fine, my only issue is with the cork bark. As it is in a humid vivarium it is often gets quite wet which has resulted in mold growing on it which I didn't expect from cork bark as my other pieces don't.”

“Ordered medium and large cork bark tubes, medium peice was as expected. but whilst I appreciate no cork bark looks like the pictures, when I ordered a medium and large tube I at least expect the large tube to tube shaped rather than a stumpy piece with some tubes coming out of it. So I was a little disappointed seems that's what I needed specifically but they did chuck in a load of extra bit that I can always use on something else”
